1) arrival and departure: When you say in a Riad, which is always inside a Medina ( old , walled city), your car will never take you to your stay. You invariably park in a parking lot outside or a town centre and are escorted to your Riad. Lina Ryad did fabulously on this. We kept them updated about our arrival time. Their team received us in the town square and helped us and our luggage reach the Riad. Riads do not have elevators and they helped us with our bags to our floors. The same process was repeated on our check out : bags to the lobby and then to our car 2) Extremely warm, supportive staff with greta communication skills. We had no difficulty at all communicating with them. We were received efficiently, welcomed with a traditional Mint tea and all information. It was super easy to check in and settle down 3) All Roads serve you breakfast. Lina Ryad did great with breakfast to order, 24 hour coffee machine , morning hot coffee and milk. Lunch and dinner were to order. We had one dinner there and that was great. Mix of Moroccan and Italian food 4) The facility itself is beautiful and wonderfully kept. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen and towers were clean. Basics like shower supplies, hair drier, iron, A/C were in place and worked well 5) you could book time for a private time in the heated pool and that was great. We did not use the spa though 6) Lina Ryad was exactly what our research showed we would get and was way more in terms of service quality 7) The location is great.. 5 minute walk to the town centre and in a very peaceful place

Lina Ryad is fabulous. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including restaurant suggestions and reservations, local sightseeing and coordinating our pick-up for a car service in the walking-only medina, . The hammam at Lina was excellent and luxurious. Breakfast was great - pretty standard Moroccan fare but really nicely done. We had the room on the top floor that opens onto the rooftop lounge. During the day, we would leave the door open to take in the mountains and the Chefchaouen rooftops. The room was beautiful, very large with a huge walk-in shower and lots of Moroccan tile. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Chefchaouen.

We recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Ryad Lina in Chefchaouen, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering a clean and well-appointed environment that exudes comfort and charm. The attention to detail in both the accommodations and service was truly impressive, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend Ryad Lina to anyone visiting Chefchaouen and look forward to returning in the future.

Everything! This was our favorite place. We arrived after being in a taxi for four hours with no AC, it was an awful ride, so by the time we got there, we were exhausted and cranky, but the amazing staff sat us down, immediately gave us fresh juice and some delicious cookies and made us feel totally at home. Make sure you reserve the pool, we were told ahead of time so we did and it was AMAZING! The view from the roof is unparalleled. The room is beautiful, we should have stayed longer there.

The room was very nice and we had a gorgeous outside terrace to enjoy. The breakfast was unbelievably delicious with homemade crepes, breads and fresh yogurt. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. However, best of all was the private hammam that 2 people can joy at the same time. My daughter and I agree that this was one of the best hammams we have ever been to! (Better than many in Egypt and Turkey) This is a fantastic Riad that you should book without any hesitation.

The property is tricky to find if you are driving yourself. We parked where our Google map recommended and had about 830 steps to the riad with luggage. There is a closer parking lot that our guide redirected us to, which made our leaving with luggage much easier!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the place and the eagerness of the staff to provide the best service truly stood out. A special thanks goes to the lovely staff member who prepared our breakfast every morning, and to Ms. Samira at the reception for her warm and professional assistance. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

No elevators and no parking, but even that they solve it by lifting our bags to the room and guiding us where to park the car

Chefchouan is a honeymoon must-see, but Lina Riyad and Spa made it our most tranquil stay in Morocco. The most comfortable bed in my time in Morocco. Such spacious rooms with authentic Moroccan design and artwork on the walls. The decor was all intentional and the details made the riad feel like a luxury villa. The staff were all amazing, especially Kawtar, Hajar, Samira and Yusra. They went above and beyond to make us feel not only comfortable but as if we were special guests. Luxury defines the experience very well, and the five star rating is not exaggerated. The location is great and when you arrive, you can contact them and they will have someone help you find the Riyad from where your ride drops you off. Being in the heart of Chefchouan it is not far from the Medina, tourist sites and many popular restaurants are all between 5-7 minute walk away. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco and the natural yoghurt and goat cheese was amazing, everything was farm to table. We had a city view and watched the sun set from the rooftop, I’ll never forget it. It is worth every penny to stay here and I highly highly recommend.
