The house is clean, have all the basic amenities especially the kitchen appliances. Pool is beautiful and nice too but the guards were so strict about wearing wet clothes when leaving the pool.

The drop off area is so narrow and they do not provide extra car park which means you have to park illegally nearby the apartment. Also, i left my toiletries bag and when i ask them again to check, they said they have discarded them and assuming it was a trash. Kindly refer to ss of our ws conversation below. The staff should just politely stated they unable to locate them instead of saying it was a trash when it is actually my treasured bag with toiletries. So disappointed and definitely with not coming with this kind of service even though everything else is kinda nice.

Booked 2 3 Room suites apartments for my big family of 15 ppl (including an elderly on wheelchair) -Great location with great view. -Walking distance to Sunway Velocity Mall and other eateries and near to other places of interest such as KLCC & Kidszania. -Availability of convenience store at the ground level in case you need to get some stuff. -Basic facilities were provided especially washing machines which we requested for. -Swimming pool area @ 9th floor was big and spacious, suitable for family gathering. -Good security.

-Deposit of RM 600 for 2 suites were rather expensive. -We were only given 1 access card per apartment. Inconvenient for big families. -Laundry racks should be provided to allow families to dry their clothes since we were not allowed to dry them at the balcony. -We were charged RM100 due to some stains on the bed sheets.

Great size for a family of four. Apartment facilities are good. The location is also great as you have the shopping mall right across the apartment, so it's easy to buy groceries, bread, or find meals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, pretty easy to commute anywhere around the city, plenty of Grab drivers around.

The check-in process was slightly complicated, we need to wait for the staff when we arrive. And there was slight miscommunication during check-in as the staff handed us a room card for a room that had been extended by the previous guest so we almost came to the room that is still occupied. Thankfully the staff realized before we left the reception and after waiting for approx. 15mins we managed to get our room card. Apart from the lingering smell of smoke (from smoking of previous guest) in the room, we enjoyed our stay there.

1. The place was super comfortable and definitely worth the money. Standard suite was just nice for a family of three. 2. Located right beside Aeon Maluri, Sunway Velocity Mall, Ikea Cheras and in the middle of other KL attraction centres as well. 3. Deposit was RM300 and parking fees was RM10 per day. The deposit might be a lot but as long as you follow the house rules, there shouldn't be any problem and you will get your deposit upon check out...(right away 😬)

1) The room facilities is awesome which very comfortable and nice with all equipment that provided. 2) The pool is nice and not much people here, so the ambience of silence is quite needed here. 3) The bed is soft, got cooking place, refrigerator, washing and drying machine as well. 4) Near to Sunway Velocity Mall which only walking distance 5 min, near to MRT and Aeon Mall as well.

1) The instruction has to be specific especially during check in process, parking and layout of building. Which I recommend the host to make a pdf file that include proper and specific instructions with pictures as well. 2) You have to pay for parking per day which Rm10. For me, it would be better if you can pay it only once if you stay here for few days. 3) The deposit is quite high for me but luckily their process of refund is good

The location was good for teenagers and some good local food nearby, it was easy to get around from here. The staff were friwand helpful. The pool was great

The furniture was not the best quality, some of the beds were extraordinarily hard, but we were able to rent extra mattresses at a reasonable cost

Everything is perfect! The appartamen is super clean, beautiful and big, the view from the terrace fantastic, the lady who helped with check-in was so kind and helpful! I recommend the place, definitely. They ask for a deposit at check in 300 ringits but they return it if everything is ok with the room the day you check out. There is absolutely nothing to worry about!

The shower was not good, i had to try my best to catch the water, you have to fix it, definitely 😁

we were a bit sceptical because many reviews were speaking about deposits not giving back but this was not the case! we had to leave a deposit of rm300 and they gave it back at check out. Just give it cash in order to receive it immediately back :) the apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable. the facilities as the gym and pool are very nice and the staff is very friendly!

a/c in the gym was not working good

Lovely and well kept apt. Close to where we wanted to be.

We were there for a funeral. Last minute booking and arriving late. It was stressful to have to arrange for the deposit either thru interbank transfer or paying in cash as no one around. Thank goodness the staff we communicated with over WA was responsive. Tks.
