The view at the hotel is second to none, you could check the surf at lacerations and shipwrecks from the pool which meant more time relaxing and playing with the kids rather. Every meal in the restaurant was fantastic, with an amazing group of staff, thanks guys you made our kids feel comfortable, the memories they made will stay with them for life! Also before I stayed I saw heaps of reviews about the big set of stairs. Yep there are stairs, yes there is a lot, but guess what that is how you get up a hill. If you want one of Lembongan's best views from your pool/room/restaurant you might have to use some stairs to walk down to the beach. Personally even with a 4 and 6year old in crocs we managed without too much protest.

If i had to be picky, maybe the pillows being a little firm....

The views from the pool were even better than I expected from the photos; it has to be the best spot on the island. Despite being a shared pool, we were often the only ones there. I think the family villas probably have the best views from the balcony, with most of the villas having somewhat of an obstructed outlook, but the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The steps down to the beach from the end of the road were totally doable, but we also hired a scooter through reception which was very easy and a great way to see a bit more of the island. We didn't visit the restaurant as there were plenty of other options nearby.

Our villa (102) was at the top near the restaurant, which played quite loud music in the evenings despite (or maybe as a result of) being fairly empty. However the music always stopped by 10pm.

The staff was awesome and helpful! The restaurant delivered to the room...the view is about as good as it gets! Try the Mango Tango Daiquiri...well priced and helps to keep the stomach bugs at bay most tourists will have issues with. Happy hour buy 2 get 3 until 9pm!

The aircons were only able to get the temperature down to around 25 degrees as the huts are not insulated at all! The toilets turn into an oven over the day unless leaving the door to the room open which would lift the temperature in the room more. The toilets weren't clean at all...the showers the same thing...the sink is mounted in a rough timber cupboard...the pebbles in the bath / shower were disgisting...honestly if it was not for the nice staff and the view...this place would not be anything to recommend.

The first thing you see when you come down the stairs to check in is the breathtaking view overlooking the infinity pool. Spent a lot of time at the pool with frozen mango drinks. The best part was you can order food and drinks and they bring them to you while you soak up the sun. The restaurant is attached to the hotel and they make amazing smoothie bowls and banana bread for breakfast. There are stairs at the next hotel that will take you down to the boardwalk by the beach. That was our evening adventure. ALL the restaurants that we tried were to die for. Its quite the trek so make sure you are good with stairs or just get a taxi. They are everywhere. And the staff at the hotel can hook you up with whatever you want to do. We did a snorkel trip which was fun. They also hook us up with boat transfer and taxi transfer for our next destination.

The bathrooms are weird. You have a shower and the whole floor gets wet and you stand on rocks. Be careful you don't slip. The wifi was weak.

The location had peak ambiance and ocean view. It really was beautiful. It was easy to get a ride to the beach and restaurants. There’s a path to the cliff-side restaurants and spas as well. Rooms are pretty private- not too close to other guests. Liked having a private porch with couch for chilling. Air conditioner worries great! Staff is very nice. Wonderful restaurant directly on property.

The room is unsealed. It was basically a play house! Shiplap walls and the flooring was a continuation of the porch. The sliding doors aren’t sealed, so there’s a gap on the sides. (Only wood on walls and floor- no plaster, no sheet rock, no siding, no rock, etc. So light actually comes through cracks in wood on walls and floor). This meant noise from beach/bars on the beach until midnight. It also meant more bugs in the room. Noise from birds and geckos at all hours of the night! The bathroom is very poorly lit and there’s not much space to hang towels. They only provide 2 pillows on the bed- 4 should be standard.

Absolutely fantastic for so many reasons! Location is perfect - right in the main area of nusa lembongan, just walking distance from beautiful cafes and restaurants! Not to mention it has a million dollar view, overlooking all the surf breaks. The best part was the amazing infinity pool overlooking it all and beautiful manicured gardens! Rooms were lovely - good quality mattress with great pillows, functioning aircon and daily house keeping with fresh towels, free water and made bed! Service was excellent - Yoga is the owner and is incredibly accommodating, arranging anything you need from boat transfers, taxis to pool side cocktails and food! They have a restaurant on site which also has an amazing view, as well as scooter hire and snorkel trips! Me and my family will definitely be coming back to stay!

Jenggala Hill was a great place for my wife and I as well as our 13 and 15 year old daughters to stay and relax away from the busy Jungutbatu Beach area. The view from the pool and both levels of the restaurant is fantastic and the staff were wonderful. There's a convenient walking path with around 200 stairs that's close to the property providing access to the bars and restaurants along the waterfront, immediately below the property. It's easy going down however the climb back up those stairs is brutal in the heat of the day! Taxis are easy to book and are cheap if you're not up for it. The resort staff helped us book a couple of tours including snorkelling on Nusa Penida. The manta rays at Manta Point were great to see, however it was incredibly busy with around 40 boats loaded with tourists all converged on a small area. Drift snorkelling with green turtles along the northern edge of Nusa Lembongan was far less hectic and provided a great opportunity to get up close to them.

We were in the superior double room and the only thing it lacked was somewhere to place our bags, like a bench seat or a table.

Jengalla Hill was one of the best places I have stayed. The view was incredible and the huts were spaced so you felt you had a lot of privacy. The pool and communal areas never felt too crowded. We often ate all three meals with the restaurant, ordering it to our room and the food was incredible. Highly recommend the curries. The staff were lovely and lent us umbrellas when needed

When room service was advertised I did expect it to be possible to order from the room rather than walking to the restaurant and back. It would be good to have an app or a phone in the room. Not a deal breaker though. The walk isn’t too long

I booked a superior room. My king size bed was super comfortable, the bathroom beautiful, and I had a sliver of a view of the ocean and Mount Agung on a clear day. I had a roof deck with an amazing view but the stairs up were scary. The AC worked well and the room was quiet. The room was large enough, the staff super friendly and responsive when we had questions or problems with the WiFi. The pool area is breathtaking, and on a clear day, you have a direct view of Agung (the volcano). There was a tea kettle in the room with daily supplies of instant coffee, creamer and tea. There were spare toothbrushes, a shaving kit, shampoo and soap. Plenty of towels, a nice staff, although in the beginning some were on their phones.

Don’t book this hotel if you need fast WiFi. It worked most of the time, but it goes out frequently and sometimes comes to a complete stop. It was the slowest in the beginning, and got better when fewer guests and staff were around. They tried to reset it a few times, and offered us a SIM card for the duration of our stay when it didn’t work at first. (I didn’t take it because I need my telephone number). The covers of the pool chairs could use a thorough cleaning (we turned them to the backside). The hotel restaurant is not good and we only ate there once. They play light pop music to an empty restaurant - try to get a room away from the restaurant if you want to sit on your veranda.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved absolutely everything! It’s a rainy season at the moment, but even though it rained almost every day the place was still beautiful and so cozy. We loved: + bedding and pillows + amazing staff that spoke good English + superb restaurant and breakfast choices (they even had oat milk option for coffee) 😊👍 + great location (walking distance to everything, 35 min walk to Devil’s Tear or Dream beach) + transportation option: speed boat with Setia company and airport pickup (can arrange with hotel reception) Highly recommend! 😉

Hard to find anything negative, but one thing did bother me a bit : the liquid soap that was provided in the bungalow had a very strong unpleasant smell. But it’s a personal preference 😁
