The location was good as it was near to the prominent places. The placement of switches and bathroom fittings were very comfortable. I did not order any food from the hotel therefore cannot comment on the same.

I have checked in the hotel at 6.00 A.m. Instead of levying early check in charges, I was charged for the whole day. Since flights/trains run on odd hours it is not possible for a customer to check in at 11.00 A.M.

Everything was just disappointing. The door lock to the room was also not secure. They seem to use handwash as a bathing shower gel. The towels were to be called for. Had to ask for a water bottle 3 times.

Rooms are Good, Location is quite nice Middle of the City, 24hrs water

Staff is just talking good.. and doing nothing, don't even they come for daily cleaning the room. Even the Electricity is gone from morning. Out side food is not allowed they charge for plates. And the Inhouse restaurant food is pathetic and over priced. No daily Cleaning of the Room, and after ask to hotel they send Housekeeper after 1 or 2 hours.

When we visited at hotel, the manger ask us to pay full amount that is Rs1489, we paid the full amount online and manager has allotted us a room in which there is no electricity also when we complaint about it they change our room but again there is no ac working in that room after complaining about it they change our room again in which commode was broken tap was broken and there is multiple cockroaches on the dirty floor.They never clean the room not even bathrooms.They forced us to change multiple room till midnight and they also keep saying u can go outside. They didn’t provide drinking water nor Breakfast but we paid for that as mentioned on our voucher. Staff behaviour was very pathetic specially manager they don’t know about there own hotel. And when we try to complaint about the same they always say “hamre yaha ye nahi milta”.
