Staff are so friendly and breakfast was great. Loved the banana bread type food was unreal. Location is great, just a walk down a little road to walking street. Mattress very comfortable. Miss it already.

Nothing to fault really - mosquitoes do get into the room easily - I let the gecko stay in to try get rid of them. Need to hold the doors tight together to be able to lock it properly. There is mini fridge but turns off when you leave the room so drinks don’t stay cold - I understand it’s to save energy but if you have fridges they need to be able to stay on - maybe better not to have it at all :) Also there was a storm and I think something got into the space above the bungalow and sounded like an animal running and banging around so didn’t sleep one of the nights - was little scared as thought someone was trying to get in at first but I think maybe the shutters opened and something got in? Might be worth checking it out or having them sealed. But great stay!

Wapi was what I expected. A cute little place on the beach. Plenty of hot running water, great A/C and comfortable bed! The staff was very helpful and took very good care of us. The foid on offer was very good too and excellent prices! The morning breakfast was very filling! Eggs to order and lots of other items on the buffet. We especially liked the FRESH. Mango and watermelon drinks!

Everything! I have been here twice, and both times, I've always felt welcomed by the staff and the people on the island. Wapi resort is a gem! Blue & turquoise waters in front of you. It is located in a very strategic place on the island. U can walk almost everywhere! Good food for breakfast, excellent coffee! I just love Wapi and would always choose every time I visit here. 2nd row beach front view is amazing, and the room & toilet is slightly bigger than the tropical room I've booked previously. There are snorkels, kayaks, fins & life jackets available for use.

WAPI is very well located right on Sunrise Beach and close to Walking Street. I would highly recommend the location with all units very close to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast excellent and varied. The rooms clean and comfortable. A wonderful stay.

clean property, great staff, good breakfast, tasty and reasonably priced restaurant (closes at 5pm but there are enough options for dinner on the island), the resort is simple and feels integrated into the nature. nice location at the sunrise beach. discounted massage right at the beach tree house. free bike shuttle back to pier.

there are rather large openings on the window frames and in the bathroom ventilator and there are no mosquito nets for the windows or for the bed. our room was getting lots of mosquitoes even with windows and doors closed. you need to use a repellant or insecticide.

Very good location, on the Sunrise beach and close to the walkingstreet. Tasty breakfast, we appreciated the fruit selection. I liked that u can fill up water instead of plast bottles. Good recomandations for restaurants and tours. Above all, the personall is just fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay in Koh Lipe🥰

Fantastic location on Sunrise beach. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well and the air con was not noisy. Bungalow was very clean with towels and beddings being changed every day if you wished to. Unlike some previous comments regarding the bathroom, we never had any issues. Wapi resort is very quiet at night yet it is only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast style buffet is delicious with a selection of cooked eggs and bacon, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits, fresh fruit juice and some Thai pastries which are different every day. Thai selection also available. This is the best breakfast we’ve had in our 10 weeks travelling across South East Asia. It is served in the restaurant which is on the beach. The reception staff speak good English (especially the owner) and they are all so friendly. My husband became ill during our stay and the owner has been incredibly supportive and helpful. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner family and their whole team are very accommodating, polite, friendly and they provide excellent service. They answered questions, helped organize everything we needed, they are a great team. The room is spotlessly cleaned daily and had a big bed. The breakfast buffet is delicious and generous and eggs any style are prepared to your wish. Clothes washing service was fast and very clean. The resort is on the beachfront with stunning sunrises and only five minutes away from the walking street. Thank you for the amazing stay and we would come back anytime.

This location is probably the best value you can get for your money in Koh Lipe. We loved it here. Rooms are clean, have air con, hot shower and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good breakfast served right next to the water with a great view and lovely staff. The beach area is beautiful, has much needed shade from the big beautiful trees and enough chairs for everybody. So many little perks from the wonderful hosts like: free bikes to make it easy to go to shops, free masks for snorkeling and even free kayaks to enjoy the beautiful area. We also absolutely loved the doggies that wonder around Koh Lipe and would love to know the location hopefully does it’s part on helping to feed them and leaving drinking water around for them too. When we return to Lipe we will definitely be staying at Wapi again. Thank you for everything🫶

Our only regret was not booking the front row seaview rooms. I think they are really worth the extra. The rest of the houses are split in 2 apartments so IF you have noisy neighbours it can be annoying. This wouldn’t stop us from returning though, just something to consider while choosing the room.
