Great location (Chinatown area) U r immediately in the right spot with everything, market a front with fresh coconuts and icecream and of course suveniers. Great food everywhere! And lovely people🤗 Perfect bed! Great Spa with all kind of massages. And the roof restaurant with the great view, specialy in the evening. Very friendly stuff.

Very friendly staff and the hotel room was small but very nice, good shower and you could open a window. the WIFI was excellent - fast and no interruptions, great king size bed and very good security

Noise was a little problem at times, the sound proofing was not the best. The entertainment unit projector is mounted on the wall above your bed but so it is the same in the room next to yours, that sound goes through the wall if they are playing it. Sometimes you could hear other guests in other rooms if they were making alot of noise.

Breakfast and the room comfort

There is no intercom in the room, so if you need anything, you must go to the reception and ask for it.

Stayed here on the week of the opening. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and reception given it’s a newly constructed hotel. In-room Comfort and Amenities are on par with global chains. Loved the experience especially its adjustable ambient lighting and projector for that cinematic experience. Overall it’s really value for money.

Everything looks brand NEW. Its excellent location (at the heart of Petaling Street) is something to describe as "Heaven on Earth" The ambience of the hotel is amazing and a food heaven in its surroundings. Never get enough to explore its vicinity for shopping & food. Will definitely come back to stay again.

This is huge value for money. A great experience in a clean and modern (and surprisingly stylish!) hotel. When you enter the hotel you feel like you're in a very luxury, calm and peaceful environment. Also the 24H reception is great because I had to check-out early for my flight. I would 100% recommend my friends going here if you want a nice place to wind down during your citytrip in KL.

I love this hotel, amazing value for money, loved the decor, the huge comfy bed and pillows, clean and different with a projector on the wall instead of tv but you must log in with own password for Netflix etc. service was incredible, they came to my room with a torch, a battery operated fan and a power charger for my phone as they thought the electricity would go out at 11pm but it actually didn’t! I was well impressed. Met the lovely owner and her son, she was very nice and staff are clearly happy and looked after, great bar/restaurant on the roof with a great view of the second highest building in the world. Right in the middle of China town but down a lane (with the best Chinese food stall 1 minute walk) so it’s quiet. Worth coming back to KL just to stay there. Thank you guys!!!!
