Nice place to stay..

Limited parking lot. No arrow for Kiblat(for Muslim) in my room, for prayer. No tea bags.. Only have coffee.

Like the fact the hotel was clean. The TV channels were utter rubbish, no English channels.... If you are competing with the big boys from your comp set, do new things and upgrade your TV channels.... Breakfast could be better.....serve seasonal fruits, have cereal options. The aircond is too noisy and cold... I would give this a 3.9 star overall.

Parking facilities.... It needs to be complimentary.

Location very good. Walking distance to WTC and Sunway Putra mall & LRT. Got plenty of mini market e.g Speedmart99. KK Mart, 7E, restaurants. Room clean. Kettle and tea/coffee & bottled water provided in room. Soap and shampoo provided. Hair dryer in toilet. TV working fine. Elevators working fine. Check-in and check-out easy and fast. Parking available near the hotel.

No mini fridge to keep food. Only one card for each room. Toilet clean but smelly. I spray my perfume in the toilet to get rid of the smell.

Staff at front counter and housekeeping guy (kopiah)..so friendly,nice and thank for assisting us stayed in your hotel..the location was strategic..laundry,food,7e..thanks Allah for helping my small family to find this great places to stay

Dust.im allergy with dust.so i saw dust at the head of bed..but its okey,i bring along my medication.

Easy access to public transport and basic necessities. Secure area with welcoming and great hospitality. Worth the price for a short stay!

Reasonable price and comfortable room in the middle of the city

Slow service waiting almost an hour to check in, only 1 person at the front desk. The power in the room went off 4-5 times and I had to call reception to turn it back on. I don't know why, but it's pretty annoying. I would like to continue to be devoted to it.

I like the location, near to city centre,

I didn't like space of parking, no space if many guest check in, because space parking not bigger, must find n find, infront of lobby just less then 10cars can park, the rest park behind n risks to car high value

The room is simple and clean. all went well for us.

They did not mention anything about lobby renovation and we felt we were greeted by an unfinished building.
