Location, location, location. Go for it if that's your priority. You don't have to use any vehicle or even a walk to reach the beach. It's right at beach. Just get out of your room and you are on beach itself. That's the beauty of this place. Food at their restaurant is amazing to say the least. There are also sufficient cafe and restaurants outside in case one wants to try something different. It has parking space for cars and staff is very good. Travel agent at the desk advised us to do kayaking right here on the Agonda beach sea side rather than going to Cola beach and experience was great. Staff at restaurant were very nice and Bishnu (from Nepal) stood out. He was always smiling and talking and a good guy too. Agonda beach is a turtle nesting site and we were lucky to spot turtle laying eggs. We were also lucky to get a chance to release turtle hatchling into the sea. So if you are a nature lover, Agonda beach is a perfect place to stay at.

Rooms could have been better in our case. They had better rooms too so try booking those rather than getting the standard ones. Swimming pool is kind of built out of a pond fountain so keep your expectation low on this front. I would still ignore these parts and would stay at Simrose again on next trip.

Spacious room and good shower. The restaurant and bar provided good food and excellent friendly service with good prices. excellent barbqued food later in the evenings. lovely to be right on the beach. Majority of staff friendly and helpful. They quickly sorted out an issue with our room at the start of our stay and helped booking taxis

Although it is on the beach there are no sunloungers available on the beach . The booking system via Booking.com doesn't work well. Initially following my booking i received a conformation email but subsequently got messages to say I needed to pay the hotel outside of the booking.com system prior to my stay . It would be better not to receive the confirmation email as this is confusing . Or the confirmation should say subject to paying the hotel directly .

I recently stayed at Simrose Resort with my wife for one night, and it was an *absolutely unforgettable experience*. From the moment we arrived to the moment we reluctantly left, everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. Outstanding Hospitality The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the people. The staff were *incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating*. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Even after we checked out in the morning, we spent the entire day at the restaurant, and the staff remained as attentive and hospitable as ever, never making us feel rushed or unwelcome. Perfect Location The location of Simrose is stunning. The balcony of our room opened straight onto the beach, with sand just steps away. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having such easy access to a *clean, serene, and uncrowded beach* was magical. It’s rare to find such tranquility in Goa, and this resort offers it in abundance. Great Food The food was another plus. Everything we tried was delicious, and it perfectly complemented the relaxed beachside ambiance. Whether you’re having a leisurely breakfast or a sunset dinner, the restaurant delivers a great experience. Overall Experience Simrose is a gem. The clean and peaceful beach, the warm hospitality, and the unbeatable location make it a perfect escape. We had zero complaints and left with only fond memories. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a home away from home, but Simrose managed to do just that. If you’re looking for a laid-back, friendly, and beautiful beachside stay in Goa, Simrose Resort is the perfect choice. Rating: 5/5: We’ll definitely be returning!

Location, staff, food, beach, pool, varanda, local restaurants and everything were amazing - making this one of our best holidays ever!

Receptionists, cleaning and restaurant staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Manish, who I believe is one of the owners couldn't have been anymore helpful. He tried to put things right that were not quite right. He provided me with ginger honey tea when I was feeling a little under-the-weather. The location is simply stunning, right on the beach. The pool is wonderful for doing short lengths, or more importantly just cooling off. My hut was large, with a comfortable bed and lovely veranda to sit out in. The a/c worked really well. It was lovely and peaceful at night (I had hut 11) The restaurant food was of excellent quality and for the tourist centre, quite reasonably priced. Wonderful sunsets.

For the price I paid I expected a little more comfort in the hut. Could be my fault, as maybe Goa is a little more expensive than other states. Possibly put fridges in them? Better wardrobes? The biggest issue I had was with the hot water. At first it went cold after only 30 seconds. Manish kindly replaced the tank with a bigger one, but it still went cold quicker than it should. I have stayed at much cheaper places around India and had better, longer showers. If they sorted these two factors out, this place could easily be a 10/10 place.

This resort is a hidden gem with quite a serene and breathtaking view. The service is spectacular; they will assist you in any way possible. You can count on Mallika, Manish, Sanjana and Gauresh to help you with any amenities and travel. The food, although a bit pricier, is lip smacking delicious and deserves its praise. The rooms are comfortable and the ones next to the beach are the coolest. While there were minor hiccups during our stay, (mosquitoes, AC not working), all were resolved by the staff.

Amazing location right on the beach with short walk to lots around. Comfortable beds and chairs on patio. The staff were lovely and helpful, the spa was fab and the restaurant served incredible food. Lots of choice for breakfast! Beware that there are lots of cats and dogs around resort and restaurant.

One issue with the garden villas is that you are facing the paths through the resort so it’s not very private, meaning you do tend to keep the curtains closed all the time. You also don’t get much sunshine so not always easy to dry things. We also had loads of bugs turn up every night even tho we tried to keep the doors always close- to be expected in the jungle tho!

We loved the beach location and access to the pool. The restaurant and bar were a bonus and the staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. We loved the garden huts and the planting which provided a playground for the local monkeys and chipmunks. Agonda is beautiful and Patnem is well worth a visit.

The proximity of the other rooms - quite a few huts and rooms packed into the available space. The decor in the rooms and bar is quite dark (black and red) - could be made to feel much lighter and more airy, which we felt would benefit the resort.

Perfect location at the best part of Agonda beach. The huts are spotlessly clean and nicely finished to feel luxury. The pool is very clean and welcoming. The resturant was amazing, we kept thinking we should not eat at our hotel all the time but actually it had some of the best food in Agonda. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We were a group of 9 staying in different huts and subsequent locations in south Goa - this was everyone's favourite place we stayed at the end of our trip.
