Spotlessly clean. Excellent location, walking distance to all bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. All towels and linens provided. Provider was superb with communications.

Not a problem for our party, but apartment is located up three flights of stairs. May not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Property was very clean and in great location right in the town. Big props also to the guy that runs this property he was very accommodating and helped with all questions. Would defo recommend

Clean, tidy, great location, parking, spacious.

Lack of utensils in the kitchen. No knives, only one saucepan and lack of cutlery considering 4 people could stay there.

A pint of milk in the fridge or some milk pods would have been very welcomed.

The property itself was lovely, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Toiletries provided were really nice and there was a towel per guest which were a good size.The location was perfect right in the heart of the city. It would be a great stay for a couple of adults or families with maybe an older child/children

The property was on the top floor with no lift, so wasn’t ideal with a Baby having to carry travel cot ect. The Curtains in the main bedroom were a net like material and let alot of light through. Amenities that are mentioned as included on booking.com were not present in the property. No tea or sugar only coffee pods. No toaster or microwave, no fan or hairdryer. There also wasn’t a tea towel or sponge provided in the kitchen

The location was great for what we needed, close to the centre.

Lacking in basic amenities such as hairdryer, small amount of toilet paper, no dishwasher tablets (empty bag). The bathroom towels were not clean, with one covered in dried blood. Which was horrifying and gave no confidence that the other towels had been washed from the previous guests, but used as had no alternative but checked to ensure no blood present. One bedside table, no where to put items if you were stopping longer. No blinds in the main bedroom, so light flooded in through the curtains. The premises was gadgets, but unfortunately it was all style and no substance. Did not take any pictures as stated was horrified.. and this in my experience is not a 9.4 rating!!
