The location was great. The place was very clean. Great access to local activities, beach, eating, and museums. Near the water. Easy check in that was emailed in advance. Full kitchen and nicely decorated. Friendly staff upon arrival. Off street parking. Basic supplies provided (towels, toilet paper, utensils, etc) The hallway and surrounding rooms were quiet.

Banging overhead that occurred throughout the stay. Running and loud footsteps upstairs, plus a washing machine running through the night. The air conditioning was cooler in the hall way than in our room. Needs to be serviced. The bed could have been more comfortable. It was really firm. The shower pressure was extremely low. The TV in the master bedroom did not have streaming or cable service, only in the living area.

The location was fantastic and the property was beautiful and clean. There were plenty of towels, soaps, etc. and the instructions were simple and easy.

The building ceilings had evidence of leaking issues and we were worried with obvious water damage and actual ceiling paint falling off during the stay. Only other small thing was there were no towel hooks/ bars to hang towels in the bathroom.

Clean, beautiful space directly across from East Bay Grill where we had dinner. Excellent location! Gorgeous water view. Great kitchen where we gathered a group of old friends to “catch up”.

Directions to access the property were not clear. We wandered around for 30 mins trying to find an elevator that went to the 3rd floor. Finally had to call the property manager. Must access the entry from the street side!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. Well equipped and clean. Access to a laundry room on the same floor. Parking space is a bonus given the location and cost of public parking. East walking distance to historical landmarks e.g. Plymouth Rock and The Mayflower. Also near to visitors centre with friendly and helpful staff who are able to point out local landmarks. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and handy for local shops. Boats trips available just across the road at the harbour. We can recommend the whale watching trip with Captain John Boats which was fantastic. Good communication before we arrived to let us know how to access the apartment. We would happily stay here again.

Both toilet seats were loose when we arrived which we did report on leaving.

Location is right in the downtown. Parking is convenient and free. Fully equipped apartment. They will provide you a detailed info how to get the facility. However, a rating of 9.1 is a bit higher of what you will get and for what you paid for.

Very noisy, from outside, and you can hear your neighbors walking. The couch was having few big dirty spots,TV in the bedroom room wasn’t working properly. There is no on suite bathroom, so a long walk if you have to go at night. When the central air compressor starts working, man, you will need an earplugs if you want to stay in the living room. Only one abandoned chair on the balcony, with no option to put second or get a table there.

Absolutely loved the layout so spacious and easy to navigate in town. The water views and boats was a plus on the balcony. The roof top deck was brilliant! The elevators made in and out with luggage a snap too.

Sadly, the pullout couches weren’t comfortable at all. And the price point was high for us all not to be equally comfortable. The street noise was disturbing and prevented us from falling asleep but fortunately I found a fan which did some good but partying outdoors can’t be controlled I realize. It felt like it went late into evening too. The ice maker didn’t work. The coffee maker needs descaling perhaps because the coffee tasted bitter. We managed to find decent cafe for coffee though. Common area key fobs were only enough for 2, I feel 3 would’ve been better given the size of our group staying there. We managed ok.

Beautiful new condo with great decorating and comfy beds. I loved the flooring selection with a pinch of blue. The location was perfect for all the restaurants close by. Kitchen was stocked with all supplies you can think of.

Finding the right elevator that worked with the code was horrible. It took us forever. But we got in. The key fobs hanging by the door never worked. The view was of a parking lot but that was fine.

No breakfast was in the rental. Beautiful area and apt was beautiful.

Getting in a little confusing at beginning, found it a bit hard with this new way of not being greeted in person.

Location

We only had one problem, the tv remotes did not work properly due to dead batteries. Became a problem while trying to watch the Sunday morning Patriots game. Extra batteries and directions for using the tv’s and the thermostat would have been helpful. Not a huge problem.

The location was perfect for the historic harbour sites. Our favourite breakfast diner, Carmen’s, was just along the block and also Ziggies ice cream shop. We’d discovered both of these on a previous visit so it was terrific to have them on the doorstep. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully kitted out with high quality touches. We appreciated the plentiful supplies of coffee.
