I was extremely lucky to find this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. My room was spacious, clean, cozy and beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My view was stunning, a definite highlight of every morning. The location is extremely convenient with good access to the beach. You are a few minutes away from the centre of Varna with a car. It is situated very close to Denta Prime which was a blessing as this was partially the reason of my stay. The service was outstanding. And the staff was very helpful in navigating me through out my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very pleasant location that I have visited several times.

The hotel welcomes mothers with children from outside the hotel for a few leva to enter to the hotel pool. Mothers come with bags of food from supermarkets, and children are very noisy and disturb the hotel guests who are looking for an oasis of relaxation and peace, paying hundreds of leva or euros. I have seen hotel customers disturbed, wet and splashed by children who enter for a few leva. Some of the customers even left the pool upset because of this reason.

For lunch/dinner they offer local food and pizzas/steaks etc at good prices (and lower in town restaurants) Good location (walking distances): closest beach with restaurant up to 5 mins, Supermarket 5-7mins, town-popular beaches 10-15 mins No "not to throw toilet paper to toilet-bowl" signs ;)

Weak wifi in rooms. It works well in the lobby but nightmare in rooms/upper floors Dogs running freely in the swiming pool area (calm but still..) Rooms soon require renovation (especially floor panels)

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless, as well as the lobby/pool and restaurant. The hotel is close to the beach, although a bit further from the center of the resort. There are restaurants/cafés/ice cream places and a large supermarket near the hotel. Internet was of a good speed and reliable. Good lunch menu, everything we ordered was delicious and the waitress was absolutely lovely

Breakfast is ok but could be improved. More seasonal fruit like watermelon/melon would also be good addition.

The hotel is walking distance from a very nice and quiet beach, we had the most pleasant holiday. The price-quality report ia excellent, the rooms are large, the pool is just excellent, the kids enjoyed it the most! We recommend the location for families, everything was very enjoyable for us! The cleaning was done daily basis and the personnel was very friendly!

Everyrhing was perfect!

The staff was really really friendly. The rooms were quite spacious and they were cleaned every day. Overall, I think the hotel provided a really good value for the money.

The towels were not washed properly, even though they were freshly changed they were smelly. The towels need to be washed at +60° and dried accordingly so that they won't smell.

It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. The impeccable service, delectable dining, relaxing pool, and proximity to the beach combined to create an unforgettable experience. An upgrade to the AC system would be great!

great room size, large windows, very big terrace, you can sit outside for a drink or a cigar, we had the view over the main street, not much noise, no traffic, just turists walking and some cats. we had paid parking place, excellent ! very nice pool, breakfast was good, some vegetables, cheese, yogurt, basic but enough, some fruits and coffee

Decent but clean and quiet. Many families but didn’t hear any noise, etc. Very short walk from beach and a couple of decent beach restaurants. Its own included breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant offered many good options for lunch and dinner.
