I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming beachfront hotel and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just steps away, offering stunning views and the perfect setting for a tranquil escape. The bungalows, while simple, are impeccably clean and provide all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of my visit, however, was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Whether you're looking to unwind by the sea or enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel provides a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and warmth.

Wish my bungalow had hot water in the shower and a dresser to put my clothes

If you like vacation near the sea combined with great hospitality and food from the island's locals, then this place is just right for you. The condos have the very basic stuff, a double bed, fridge, few glasses for water, shampoo and beauty soap bars, and that's about it. Also a large balcony with a couple of chairs and a table, to socialize with neighbors, if feeling. They also sell and grill freshly-caught fish daily in their restaurant on the beach, with great beach view and breeze in the afternoon and onward.

The mattress had very little to none support, probably for long term stays your back isn't going to be thankful. Sleeping on the side was helping a bit. AC maintenance could be improved.

The best thing about this place is the location! The cabin right on the shore, and it is clean with very friendly staff + one of the best restaurant with the tables right near the sea. I choose the simple cabin without AC and without automatic flush toilet, but I was informed about during the booking so it was not a surprise. Still it was good value for money and stay was really nice

Instead, blanket, I would use bedsheet during the night, because it is very hot at night and the fan is too loud

The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were extremely friendly. We had a La carte breakfast rather than pay the extortionate amount that booking.com wanted, it was lovely, tea, coffee & chocolate is free all day for guests. The position of the hotel is superb, we started with a superior garden room, which was large and spotlessly clean, then moved to a seafront bungalow, which was dated, but clean and the view just made up for any faults. The hotel loan out snorkelling equipment, which was a nice extra.

Hot water would have been good, but there was a kettle & bucket, so a bucket bath was quite acceptable.

The restaurant was good food but the service was very poor, the first night we received the food almost 2 hours later and I almost had to fight with waiter because he kept saying food was coming but I didn’t believe him at the 3rd time he said it and I went to the grill section (because we ordered grilled fish) to find out no one was cooking our dinner, the chef blamed the waiter and the waiter blamed rhetorical chef, we had to wait more and no discount was made to our bill, it’s a shame there is no attention on service because the fish tasted amazing but overall we enjoyed our stay

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and giving us a run down on the island. It comes with free sun loungers at the end of Pattaya beach, which is perfect as it is usually very quiet. Snorkels are also available for free and the beach has a good amount of corals and fish. It is a short walk (10 mins) to sunset beach and is about 10 minutes also from the Main Street with shops/food etc.

The bed is a little on the firm side but at this price, it was not an issue. The bathroom was also a bit smelly despite being clean.

Location in the best spot of Pattaya beach. Relaxed and peacefull atmosphere. Christal clear water and not too many tailboat at shore. Good food in the retaurant. Free refill of water to avoid plastic garbage.

Unfortunately the condition of the bungalow and especially the bathroom was rather poor. Only warm blankets, though temperature was nearly 30 at night.

Bungalow right on the beach. Veranda to sit back and chill. Food at the restaurant delicious. Short walk to Walking Street. Comfortable bed. Delicious food all over the island. Chilled out vibe. Lovely staff. Simplistic, old school bungalows with fan. Perfect for us.

Bungalows are run down and no hot water, BUT they are beachfront, so, mai pen rai. No problem 😊 If you want something flash, it's not the place for you.

50 meters from the beach! Very nice staff, very authentic location, I suppose to stay 2 nights but extended my stay because I felt in love with the place, beach… beautiful white powdery sand! AC crazy ice cold air 🥰 great snorkelling opportunity aswell great for single ,couples , family! Very quiet place , still close to walk to restaurants and shops, night life

It is an amazing place with amazing views to the sea. Due to low season, the girl from reception gave me a very good price for the nice bungalow. She was very nice, polite and friendly. She also gave me some recomendations about what to do in the island - her english is perfect. The room is super clean, the toilet is pretty big - the shower has only cold water but it is all you need (it is soooo hot in the island). You can pay a bit extra and they will do your laundry while you are enjoying at the beach or in your nice terrace.

I cannot complain about anything.
