The room was small for the rate that was charged. The staff was very nice and went above and beyond. We needed a freezer for some cold packs and they put them in the freezer in the break room. The breakfast was very good, probably the best on our trip. Location was great.

The lighting was odd, the lights just come on when entering the bathroom nice at first but later the bright light wakes anyone else in the room. The smoke alarm had a flashing light which flashed every 5-6 seconds which was more than annoying.

I really liked the spacious room, It was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was clean and inviting. The breakfast was good.

Our room was located by a stairwell and it was very noisy. When people were opening the door it sounded like they were entering our room. The coffee was weak.

It was ok compared to other hotels.

No coffee maker in room, room was changed out on our 3rd day and bed wasnt made. Hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay as a whole. very close to everything we wanted to do. Staff wa svery nice.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, though I wish they would add bacon to the rotation. Good location with many things to do in the area.

Water pressure could be a little better

Liked the vinyl wood-like floor and walk-in shower. Comfortable beds, with nice selection of pillows. Large TV.

Room was rather sparse, with no closet. Fewer TV channels than we would have liked. Limited breakfast options.

This hotel is a very new one hence it still looks pretty good both on the outside and inside in the lobby area and rooms

The staff were excellent. Everyone was very nice and eager to make my stay even better than what I expected.

The breakfast was very good. All of the employees that we dealt with were excellent. If we stay in Holland again, we will definitely stay there again.

Decent breakfast. Very clean property. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the pool table.
