Location is good for travelling to many attractions place. It's also close to subway station and bus station. All facility is in good conditions such as toilet, air condition, shared kitchen, washing machine.

It's hard to contact staff. Can contact staff via only Pad at waiting room. I tried to contact via phone, Email, booking message but hardly get reply.

Hotel is only a short walk from central Myeongdong, with a quick access to both, the tube and the buses. There are cafes, restaurants and an EMart within a few minutes from the hotel. Room was well-equipped and relatively clean. Nothing too crazy, but comfortable, convenient and more than enough for tired people after hours of sightseeing.

communication with the host could be a bit better, we've agreed on an additional bed weeks in advance yet it wasn't there when we've arrived, causing a bit of a chaos for the next 24 hours, thankfully all was resolved.

I was hesitant at first because of the reviews, however they delivered and it was a good stay and experience. Kindly see below a very detailed review: Location - near everywhere, convenience store is also in the same building. (Tip, if you have not purchased any T-money or climate card emart has a lot compared to the ones around and near Myeongdong) Staff - arrived around 10am, front desk is on the 4th Floor was met with a very friendly staff who even helped us arrange our luggage and asked if we need help going around Seoul - cleaning ladies/ aunties (One thing to note about Koreans is that they are very shy, if their English are not good or they don't know how it may seem like they are snobbish but they are really nice) Room - if you go to the office 8am to 5pm they have a staff there to cater to your concerns, the IPAD would only be used if you check-in beyond working hours, better message them a day before and when you arrive via KakaoTalk or Bookings.com if you are arriving late - Same as the photos (we got a family room) - clean, freshly washed sheets - requested towels and extra blankets earlier through KakaoTalk they were all in the room, freshly washed and folded neatly - there are cleaning ladies everyday, however, they don't clean your room unless you already checked-out. Take your trash out as well they wont go in to your room (if you are concerned about safety and security for your baggages) - towels - you may get extra and turn over used towels - steam iron for clothes - get them as well in the front desk - power adapter bring your own. FYI South Korea, power plugs and sockets (outlets) of type C and type F are used. - aircon - remote is in the room and is working well for both cool and heater function Restroom / Bathroom - hot water: we never had an issue - no bidet, but its functional. Our room had a spacious bathroom with a view of the Namsan Tower

The building is quite old, "flies or bugs" (fruit flies but not really biting) most probably came from the pipes from the bathroom drains. May I suggest a finer drain cover to prevent that. Though the bugs didn't bother us at all since you could easily shoo them and open a window.

The property gave us a homey feeling of being in the comfort of our home since it provides basic necessities for cooking, eating and laundry. The kitchenette is separated by a sliding glass door and the vibes of a typical Korean apartment I had been seeing on Korean dramas is very much real. I will definitely recommend this place to all travelers especially family. The waiting area is very spacious even though it’s located at the basement. Location is very quiet. Myeongdong Station is less than 5 minutes walk. Restaurants, 7 eleven, Olive Young, Mc Donalds, night market/food trips even Lotte Mall are all within minutes reached by walking.

Perfect value for money. Excellent location to Myeongdong and 5-6min walk or less to Exits 2345678+ from which many of the tours offer pickup or drop-off options👍🏻😀 Very comfortable raised queen bed, private shower ( handheld) toilet, fridge, hairdryer (if it switches off let it cool, then restart 😇) A bistro table+ 2 chairs on a narrow enclosed balcony. Loved eating breakfast there and kept the sliding doors open to enjoy the breeze. There is air con which I didn't use being March!!! And the floors are heated❤️ 1/2 Kitchen on Level F and you can use the utilities... everyone cleans up! Also laundry machines downstairs. Note: you will need COINS no paper .money. Easy self check-in via iPad attached to the wall under the bulletin board. Host emails or text messages passwords for door and WiFi. Think it appears briefly in the pad. I simply snapped a photo and saved it in my gallery😈 Yes it's a slightly older building but well cared for, at that price who dares complain!! I plan to rebook and give Namsan Forest with its almost hidden entrance a solid *9:10* for all the positive aspects .. Great Seoul on a Budget with a little extra extra!

Noisy tenants !!! Amazing that in this day and age people come in and talk at full volume or thunder down the hallway! The walls are thinner so being considerate is very much appreciated. Take your loud family chats outside😎

the location is great, the building and rooms are fine, a bit oldish but its just what you need. it is close to the metro station and you’re less than 30min away from all main areas in Seoul. the room is big and spacious, has a shower and a separated sink and toilet.

the check in process is being handled online and you need to send texts through an ipad and wait for the host to reply. which can take long. it isnt very convenient. for the payment, it was difficult to agree on timings to meet.

Loved how close it was to the heart of Myeongdong, only a short walk to the markets and super close to Namsan Tower! Felt super safe whilst staying my first week in South Korea here. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage in the reception room so that I could go out and explore. The AC was amazing and super quiet so it didn't disrupt my sleep. Probably the best sleep I have ever had, the bed was perfect.

Then bathroom probably could've been cleaned a bit better but honestly I couldn't think of really anything else that stood out to me.

Our group (12pax) stayed here for 5 night, the location close to everywhere, subway station, Myeongdong , Namdaemun, shinsegae, local resto can reach by foot. the property facilities high speed wifi , the room, amenities, also there is convenience store open till 1am close to the property all are meet our expectation. Overall we love stayed here & for sure we'll be back again. Thankyou to all staff & Sajangnim.

the shower was absolutely awful having a toilet at one end of the room and the sink with a shower head above it attached to the wall is a terrible idea and hard to use makes everytime you go into the bathroom a wet feet occasion and the location of the shower head makes I bad for bathing

The location was strategic. A walking distance to halal eateries, Myeongdong Night Market, food stalls (night time at MNM) and cosmetic & beauty outlets. Nearby Myeongdong Station too.

1. Bath towels you have to acquired from the front desk. Not provided inside the room. 2. My room was not exactly as advertised. 3. Only 1 dryer and 1 washer in the laundry that works. A long wait if someone is using both machine earlier than you. 4. Communication by message (after check in) was poor.
