Location to A14 was excellent, nice bright modern reception and bar area. Great bedding, soft pillows and nice duvet.

Wish my bedroom was as bright and modern as the reception, since the hotel was recently refurbished shame not update the rooms that we pay to stay in. No free parking with your stay, this should be built into your costs. No USB charger next to bed, cluttered shower area with 2 showers heads, hand trail, soap dispenser meant not much room to enjoy a shower. Nit picking but based on a recent refurb I would say they have missed an opportunity with the rooms,m and probably would hunt out an alternative hotel without these issues locally.

The rooms were a good size and air conditioned. Breakfast was good, although the food had been sitting in the warming/serving trays for too long and was dried out (the fried eggs were like discs of leather).

We asked for an early check-in - 1400hrs rather than the listed 1500hrs. They said they could accommodate this for an extra £10! The hotel is well away from the city center but still charges for car parking.

Great location for Cambridge, park and ride close by or leave the car at the hotel and take a local bus. Really friendly staff all the way from the front desk manager to the cleaning staff, they all had a smile! Lovely bar with terrace overlooking the golf course. Fabulous breakfast cooked to order. Smart refurbished bedroom with good facilities and a very comfortable bed, slept like a log!

The hotel is well located, not far from Cambridge, Ely or St Ives.The room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfy. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, we felt well looked after, especially the staff in the restaurant/bar. Overall, the hotel is great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Free parking for hotel guests, the Cambridge park and ride works really well and the hotel nice and clean and coinvent .breakfast was lovely and a full variety as was the restaurant booked via Booking.com i received a complimentary drink and 10% off of any further food or drinks, polite and professional staff it was a nice quick visit, to a hotel who was dog friendly.

no food options on the Saturday night at 8.40pm made us go viist a service station for food, which was awful esp as we had made the hotel for food before 9,30pm but nothing was being served, the spa was also being done up so not in use nor the room price reduced to reflect less amenities, the hotel is expanding so lots of building work taking place on site so not the most aesthetic place atm but i am sure once the work is completed it will be much nicer, this tbh though should be explained on the hotel web site and before you book rather than explaining post your booking esp on a non cancellation rate it would be helpful to be aware of!

Spacious and clean room with air-con which was most welcome. Tasty evening meals and friendly and efficient bar staff. Convenient location for onward journey on the A14.

No sockets next to the bed

When we checked in, Peter went above and beyond to make sure we were warmly welcomed. He answered all our questions and was very friendly and professional. We had dinner in the restaurant upstairs which was very nice. Our servers Stefan and Chris were great and made sure we were well looked after. When we checked out, Ewa was very friendly and happy to chat. I couldn't fault any of the staff members.

The restaurant could have been a little bit lighter. It was quite dim.

Room was a great size, lovely and clean. Bed was huge and super comfy. Tea and coffee was appreciated and TV worked well. Hotel bar was lovely looking, great place to relax with our friends.

This was our second visit. On this occasion we did not take breakfast as we were meeting family for a celebration early lunch. The room was very comfortable and of a good size. We were only able to book a twin room whereas we normally choose a double. We had brought our cairn terrier with us as usual and he also enjoyed his stay.

There was nothing we were unhappy with. We shall always choose this hotel when visiting Camridge.
