We’ve been many times before, a clean well run place. Fantastic meal at night.
The breakfast was a let down this time, bearly cooked bacon and the eggs weren’t cooked properly. Shame as we were looking forward to it as it’s been always good before.

Super friendly staff. I booked last minute and arrived quite late, about 7.30pm. They managed to find me a dinner table despite being totally full and turning people away. Room was lovely, exceptionally clean and modern and so cosy. Really wanted to stay another night, but this was just a stop over en route further south. The rooms are in external buildings which are quite newly built at the back of the inn and there were some really nice touches like umbrellas to use, adaptor plugs and cables for all types of phones and plugs if you didn't have UK ones. Loads of storage space in the room too - just lovely! The breakfast has to be the best I've ever had in a B&B - proper full English sourced locally. It's worth having dinner here too as mine was so delicious - I had the sausage and mash and it was devine. I'd come back here again just for the food as well! Great atmosphere in the bar and a real find. I would make a detour to stop over here again if I'm back this way!
Can't fault it!

the room was lovely and cosy( in the barn), and was good for us as it was at the back away from the busyish road. The staff were lovely, particularly in the bar and restaurant. They made alterations to a dish on the menu for me without fuss. There were a lot of people there who stay each year, which is always a good sign, with a mix of locals using the restaurant. Bathroom in the room was spacious and modern, and the shower was good. the whole unit was very clean
we would have loved instructions for the heating!! although it was lovely and warm, it did become a little too hot in the night...never found how to turn it down!

Our stay at The Craven Heifer was very good, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Check in was very quick and easy despite the pub being very busy. Our evening meal was very good, and the service was prompt and very friendly as was breakfast the next morning. On the whole I would have no problem in recommending The Craven Heifer to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a quiet location with exceptional food.
Nothing - it was all good. Many thanks to all at The Craven Heifer for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful room with a lovely view. Extras like bathrobes, bottles water, biscuits. Jars of sachets of tea, coffee and sugar rather than just a couple of each, and the option of collecting fresh milk instead of the supplied long life of wanted. Breakfast is included and was exceptional, with a good choice available, and the kitchen happy to accommodate changes to the food offered. I think this was the best breakfast I've had in a B&B! Staff were all very friendly, with nothing being too much bother.
Had an evening meal with friends on the Sunday night. The food was all lovely except for the chips. 3 of our group had chips, and all said they were very dry and hard. I had fries with my meal - which were lovely and stayed hot in their little pot. Think it may just have been a blip at the end of a busy Sunday service.

I stayed in the barn which was beautiful with only a handful of rooms so felt peaceful. The room itself was spacious, modern and clean and great value for the money. The robe was a nice addition to the room as were the products and the bath mat. It was quiet and there was enough parking in a secure parking spot round the back. I ate here and would highly recommend the food, it’s slightly on the pricy side but worth it. The vegetarian cheese and onion pie was delicious and a great portion size.
The only thing that I noted was the lack of mini fridge. I also was unable to get breakfast as if didnt open till 8am and I had to leave before this.

The room is clean and the bathroom has very nice toiletries ,complementary tea and coffee is also a bonus ,the bed is very comfortable . The evening meal was excellent .Staff are pleasant and very helpful although they seem under pressure as there doesn't seem as many staff as in the past . The grounds are very well kept.
The blinds needed replacing in the bedroom there was a lot of black marks on them that looked like mould. The breakfast menu offers fruit pots these are no longer available. .We have stayed here several times in the past and the breakfast seemed generally poorer quality .This seems to be due to the hotel being taken over .

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome and everything was so lovely, all the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was amazing so compliments to the chef and the team. The Inn certainly had the wow factor & i can honestly say this has been one of the best places we have stayed in and we look forward to returning again soon for a full weekend. Please carry on being an amazing team. You certainly deserve 10/10
Nothing as everything was lovely 😍

Absolutely the poshest room we've ever stayed in, and we were so grateful there was a room available on a bank holiday weekend after we had walked away from another property we'd booked that was dirty and unacceptable. Every single thing about this place was top! The beds and pillows were comfy, the room temperature was perfect, the shower was amazing, the decor was stunning and current, parking was free and easy, and breakfast was great. (We didn't eat dinner or watch television.) The young man who checked us in walked me all the way to our room so I wouldn't get lost. For a spectacular getaway, I'd stay in the Loft Suite. The village was adorable too.

Great location, not too far from Skipton. Lovely large room, comfortable bed and tea coffee making facilities as well as an iron and ironing board. It was a hot weekend when we stayed so we were Able to fully utilise the outdoor seating area. The food was superb, we booked in for an evening meal and it was delicious as was breakfast with plenty of choice.
Only minor niggle and it was for us as we were only staying one night was the TV, when we retired for the evening we put it on to wind down and you could only get a couple of channels and some the signal was really poor. It had Apps on the TV such as Netflix but again you couldn’t connect which I thought we would be able to do using our own account. If you were staying a few nights and you fancied a chill night and watching a film then you were going to struggle. It may have only been in this room but as I mentioned for one night if wasn’t a big deal.
