I had a more elaborate review written but the app crashed as I submitted. Perfect location, spacious rooms, great staff, nice and fresh food. Staff went out of the way to make us comfortable - even went on a bike to a further away store to buy diapers for the baby.

Health and safety wasn’t prioritised. Plug point came off the wall and revealed wiring behind. Wire connecting fan in verandah became loose and entangled in the fan while it was running. We turned it off immediately but If the wire had snapped it would have hurt one of us. The verandah had no railing - dangerous for us with a baby around or for someone walking distractedly. The steps and flooring in verandah was slippery and I fell. Could be tiles or more rough flooring as the rooms have direct access to beach.

Our stay at the hotel was slightly affected by the fact that we had booked a deluxe room with an ocean view and balcony through Booking.com. However, Booking.com informed the hotel that we had booked a ground-floor room, which was actually in the second row with only a partial sea view. This was not the hotel’s fault. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so we had no choice but to stay in the room with a partial sea view. The hotel management was very helpful, and as soon as a room with a full sea view in the front row became available, they immediately offered it to us. Good service is best measured when things don’t go as planned, and we must say that the management and staff here were absolutely helpful. Whatever you need, you just have to ask, and they arrange it for you. A big thumbs-up to everyone—thank you!

Mistake from Booking.com and the fact that we didn’t get a response to our complaint from Booking.com

Well kept accommodation. Room was large & comfortable with good AC. Beach beds with umbrellas & towels provided. Staff really we’re excellent and were all very friendly and helpful. Location was right on the beach with beautiful sunsets

Restaurant/Bar needs updating. It’s fine for a quick breakfast or lunch but many of the adjacent properties had better furniture, surroundings and menus which resulted in guests dining elsewhere.

The two best things about the property were the location and the room size. We had the panoramic ocean view rooms that were very large, were ocean front and had comfortable loungers at the sun deck and patio with each room. The Agonda Beach, of the best in Goa, was literally at a stone's throw.

They did not have a buffet breakfast spread but there were enough options to choose from. Food preparations were very good and the service was always prompt. Wine options were limited.

The size of the room was good. The staff and cleaning personnel were very co-operative. The cottages being right on the beach was the best part. The front desk staff was also very helpful.

The bathrooms could have been better. The drainage sometimes took time to clear in the shower room. A bench or a stool should also be provided in the bathroom. There were lot of ants in the verendah which got attracted to any food crumbs which spilled. The restaurant had mud on the floor and not sand. That was disgusting. Did not feel like going there as messed up the feet everytime.

We stayed in a two bedroom panoramic first floor apartment. Very big with wonderful views directly onto one of the best beaches we visited in Goa. The accommodation was very simple but clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout the stay - arranging scooters, additional pillows, suggestions of places to visit… The onsite restaurant was excellent, with meals delivered to the room as requested and great value for money.

The bathrooms are basic and a little tired - they would benefit from a freshen up before the new season. However, the location and vibe make up for this and would highly recommend.

The room and the view was what I liked the most. Though not really super trained, the staff was super hospitable and smiling, which made a difference. The food was also really tasty. Overall great experience. Cost could have been lower.

Maybe the facilities can be improved a bit. But overall a great experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff. With a smile in every situation. Accommodation, clean and as described. Location absolute top, right in the middle of the beach line on a lovely bay. Combined with the middle of the village itself, a perfect place to relax.

A little more variety in breakfasts by adding more vegetables and fruit. And coffee from the coffee machine.

The location is amazing! Looking out to one of the best beaches in South Goa which is immaculately clean. You are surrounded by fantastic shacks for dining and the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you.

Just a couple of small things - the bathrooms could have used a bit of tlc as the toilet seat was broken and they were quite basic but other than that, we loved our stay.

The photos do not do justice to the views you get at this place. Waking up to the sun rising on the Arabian sea as you hear the waves crash on the seashore is just something else. The rooms are large, comfortable and well maintained. There are a lot of great restaurants and cafe's nearby. There was ample parking available at the property. The beach was not too crowded and has pristine blue waters. The service staff was excellent, right from check-in to fulfilling any requests we had, Mitiza & Haran Babu from the reception and Nimish our caretaker deserve a special mention. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.
