Lovely room. Very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar with its view of the Parthenon is outstanding.

Wife could see me shower through a strange shower peep window. I am 56, so we are both traumatized.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Koniama and can't stop raving about my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was evident that this hotel prides itself on offering top-notch service. First and foremost, the staff at Koniama truly stand out. They are not just friendly; they go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued. One highlight of my stay was the incredible breakfast experience. Instead of the usual hotel buffet, the staff at Koniama directed me to a delightful local coffee shop (they had an agreement with) just around the corner. This was a brilliant choice, as it allowed me to experience the local flavors and ambiance on additional to getting a lovely personalized breakfast. Keep up the good work.

Nice hotel, really liked it. Very comfy, nicely decorated and a wonderful scent greeted us upon entering the room. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is located in a very quiet area, so ideal if you want to be far away from the touristy areas.

Quite far from the Acropolis, actually. I did not mind the location at all (so for me, it wasn't an issue) but it might not be convenient to those looking to stay near the touristy places. Also, if you are travelling with big luggages: the street is quite steep, a bit far away from the metro and the elevator is a bit on the narrow side. Not sure if a hold luggage would enter the elevator! As I was travelling with a backpack, again, this wasn't an issue for me.

The location of the hotel is excellent - close to both the metro and many of the tourist attractions in the city, while still in a pretty quiet area making it easy to sleep. The staff are incredibly helpful with any questions you may have, and the room was very clean. Two bottles of water in the room's mini fridge each day was a much appreciated touch (especially during the summer heat). Everything in the room worked very well (air conditioning, water, etc.). If I'm ever back in Athens, this will be my hotel of choice - it's a great hotel!

This was my first time in Athens. The location was perfect 👌 for exploring the city. It is a few steps to the metro and bus stations as well as the tram. The room was spotless clean. The upkeep of the room is excellent. I was checked in early. The staff are cheerful and helpful. The room had everything I needed, including toiletries, complimentary water, coffee, tea, etc. The rooftop has a nice view of the Acropolis, which was very nice after a long hot day roaming around the city. The location is walking distance to many meeting points to catch a bus for a tour, etc. My housekeeper was amazing. Do not know her name, but she is in charge of cleaning 301.

I messaged the hotel prior to arriving as I needed an early checks in due to an imminent wedding on arrival. The hotel was able to accommodate. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and I had to go straight to the wedding from the airport. I messaged the hotel letting them know that in-fact, I will be checking in the early hours of the morning post wedding. The hotel were amazing and were able to co-ordinate that check in virtually for my arrival, leaving very detailed instructions how to enter my room and receive my key. On arriving to the hotel, there was everything you needed. The room was modern, cosy, clean and spacious. In the toilet there was everything you needed make up remover, tooth brushes, vanity kit. My expectations were thoroughly exceeded. In the morning we were warmly greeted by reception staff. I would come back here and stay for a longer time, there was a great view from the hotel rooftop of the acropolis.

i can't praise the hotel enough. it was superb. the location is perfect for the acropolis and for the metro line 2 to link to anywhere else you might want to go. the atmosphere is friendly, the WiFi and air-conditioning are good and there is a fridge a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. there are shops and cafes within 2 minutes for essential supplies and breakfast. The view from my window shows them. i felt really at home in the hotel and in the area.

Warm and welcoming personnel. Hotel superbly located,just 2 tram stops, ( walkable) from the centre of Athens, in a safe, quiet quarter. Our room had everything and more for a 1 night stay: from clean robes, disposable slippers, etc . The bed was so comfortable, as we're the pillows. Walk in shower powerful, bathroom clean and spacious. After a day in the busy centre, the hotel is a perfect quiet unwind with its rooftop space, overlooking the Acropolis, where youre able to start your day with a morning cup of tea / coffee. ( kettle and coffee machine are both in your room). We were so happy to have found this hotel, and will stay again if I need to return to Athens.

We really enjoyed our stay — overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with lovely decor and thoughtful amenities like complimentary coffee that added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made us feel well taken care of. The location was convenient enough — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds.

The only small downside was that all the pillows were too soft, which unfortunately left both my husband and me with a bit of a stiff neck. Despite that, we would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-run hotel.
