The apartment is located in a quiet street, at the heart of Rome, very close to the main attractions. The apartment is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Check-in was straightforward. There are people at the front desk only during the daytime--we didn't need much, but they were super helpful whenever we had a question. Some minor maintenance issues (like burnt bulbs) were addressed promptly, but we were generally very satisfied with this place.

Quiet, spacious and trendy apartment in a nice neighborhood. Close to the touristy attractions but far enough to have a sense of living in Rome. Terrace was the best, we had friends over and loved the lighting and spaciousness. All was better than in the pictures!

A nice apartment in a great location, very convenient for buses and metro. It was well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the locker system for storing luggage during our last day worked well.

The shower door did not seal properly, so we were faced with an inundation of water every time we used it. The apartment is generally well presented but there is nowhere to put food in the kitchen area and the sofa is located to face a blank wall. A bit more art and thought about furniture placement would have made it a more pleasant space in which to spend time.

Me and my sister stayed at a couple of different addresses in Rome and were only able to book one night at this place, but it was truly fantastic - we intend to stay there again next time, and for longer. The apartment is very beautiful, the terrace is amazing, and it was comfy and quiet - we had a great night's sleep after walking loads around the city and going out for drinks and dinner. I also appreciated the proper recycling facilities in the apartment - hard to find! Also, love the Davines toiletries, just wow!

Really small, but the capsule coffee machine gave the tiniest cup of coffee - not sure what happened there. I have the same one at home and it works much better.

Great space comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Located in a great part of town. From the Barberini neighborhood, it is easy to reach all the sights on foot if you like to walk. But also, the metro and taxi stand is one block away making it very easy to get around Apartments are big and comfortable with all the amenities. I have been to Rome many times. This is where I will recommend anyone to stay! Staff is friendly, communicative, and helpful. Thank you to Maurizio (sp?)

Property is professionally run. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking a meal. Very near Barberini metro, but be mindful there is no escalator or elevator in station. Be prepared to carry your luggage up a series of stairs. Nearby there is a small cafe Gino Bar, fantastic for breakfast on the go.

In property washing machine 3.5kg load is too small for family usage. End up having to wash repeated loads for family of 4 for winter clothes.

A nightmare of a booking process. Constant repeated demands for details already given ( and more than asked for by any other booking I have made). Payment asked for despite having been made which made me wonder if they were scammers or just inefficient.

Beautiful facilities, comfortable, luxurious, central, everything you need, lots of added extras.

Did not dislike anything about the property. Just the nightly tax was double what we were quoted on booking.com, which was not the case with other properties that we booked in italy.

Great location, big apartment, very clean.

Shower was tiny for the size of the bathroom, and there was nowhere to put your head to not be under the rainshower (annoying for ladies). Kitchen plates stored too high in cupboards. People in the apartment above very loud dragging chairs all times of the day and night. The air con stopped working over night the last night.

I loved the location, it was close to cafe's a safe part of town and overall great experience.

It would have been nice to have fresh towels every day. Also, i found a cigarette on the floor, not a big deal but it seemed that the living room had not had a thorough cleaning.
