Good location, central, new and well set out. Rooms were very good.

Parking cost. It’s next door to a car park that costs £3.60/hr and no discount for hotel guests. This is a Cambridge problem rather than the hotel.

There were so many things we liked about this hotel. First, the receptionist we met on arrival, Kath, was exceptionally helpful and friendly; she made us feel welcome and comfortable, brought fresh towels to our room, and collected the used ones when we asked. Second, the hotel is new and beautifully decorated, with a free gym and a reasonably priced laundry service. Our room had a cute baby cot and a child’s toilet seat, and there was even an umbrella prepared for us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Finally, the location is right in Cambridge city centre, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. If our budget allows, this hotel will always be at the top of our list when staying in Cambridge.

The shower door design is a bit difficult to handle, and if it is not closed carefully, water may leak outside. Everything else was perfect.

Location is excellent on a quiet corner with pretty views of rooftops at one side, in centre of city and close to walks out into surrounding area. Very spacious room. Nice lounge area but could have been anywhere really, a bit bland and I don't like music playing, I think it's a bit tacky. Very quiet in my room , couldn't hear any neighbours. Room had everything you could need

As usual no instructions for anything and you have to work out how to use the kitchen stuff. There isn't actually any useful storage for food except the fridge and the cupboards are very high. Don't expect much but if it's meant to be used for a few days it isn't practical. Also the bed is too high for the side table , you nearly tip out to reach anything and the light switches are too far from the bed so defeat the point of them being by the bed to switch on or off. The decor was very bland and boring and didn't make any sense, pointless shelves and ceramics and two pictures above the bed . Felt cold and dreary I'm afraid but the lovely view made up for it.

The hotel was perfect. The room had all the amenities you need to stay comfortable and have a nice recovery from working days. It was well isolated, and with a lot of space to move around. Everything was well designed and well thought. One day I used the gym facilities, where all the machines were modern, clean and new. The staff was friendly, and the check-in and check-out procedures were easy. The location was 2 minutes away from the congress venue and 5 minutes away from Cambridge historical centrum. Definitely, a great surprise, fully recommend!

Just a minor detail. The curtains didn't close fully, so the light came in during the morning. But this is really a small detail, everything was perfect!

We were in Cambridge visiting family who live nearby for three nights. Wilde aparthotel was perfectly positioned for that and also for walking out straight into the city to go exploring. Our spacious room was perfect, very clean, comfortable, the shower was excellent and blackout blinds, quiet and aircon meant we got some lovely nights of sleep. We had everything we needed and even got some loads of laundry done in the guest laundry downstairs at a reasonable cost. We didn't eat in, but could have done with the microwave, induction hob and dishwasher to use. Recommended.

The tea towels weren't absorbent and we only realised the twin beds could have been pushed together into the double we'd requested on the last morning! Ingenious!

Really enjoyed my stay at Wilde Aparthotel. The room was stylish and well designed, and the kitchenette turned out to be very handy—we reheated leftovers from a great dinner at Little Petra (worth a visit!). The location is excellent, and I liked having the 24/7 kiosk by reception for quick snacks. The equipment in the fitness room looked brand new and had everything you’d need. Brunch at the restaurant downstairs was also good. The lounge area near reception is also a nice place to relax and/or work. Overall, a great place to stay in Cambridge—would happily come back.

Minor quibble: the fitness room is located right between reception and the lift, which means lots of new guests and curious heads popping in.

Wilde was a superb place to stay, everything in the apartment was very well co ordinated and to a very high standard. From the cutlery, utensils and accessories in the kitchen area to the superb shower space. There was plenty of storage below the bed which made it quite high but it was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful especially Francois who went out of his way to help us including organising taxis etc...

These comments are only constructive criticism and personal to us.The room we had (416) has been designed in such a way that it does limit access to the window side of the bed. The air conditioning system would be great to go down to 16⁰ as it was quite warm. ( we are both in our 60's and tend to sleep quite hot. A possibility perhaps might be to offer a lighter weight duvet. The bar prices are a little high.

Excellent facilities - loved the really well stocked self serve shop. Modern lounge/bar/breakfast area with good seating. The room was super high quality. Smeg appliances, nespresso machine, aircon, rainfall shower, included toiletries. Overall was done to an excellent standard and every detail had been well thought out.

Constant beeping noise - as I was leaving, I only then realised it was the dishwasher which was left on by housekeeping. Slightly confusing to find your way out as rooms are in a loop. Better signage needed for lifts/stairwell. Would have been good to have had the sofabed already made up. Not a major issue though. Took ages to find the switch to control the blind - confusingly on the opposite side of the bed. Overall, the cons are very minor and pros massively outweigh them!

Lovely new/newish, aparthotel in the centre of Cambridge. * Exceptionally clean and thankfully dog free * Spacious, well-appointed rooms with very usable and well thought out kitchenette. * Nice bathroom with good shower and nice products. * Comfortable beds, good quality linen * Liked the style of the unit, in particular the easy clean hard floor. * Nice, cool, relaxing, friendly bar area downstairs and including very pleasant outdoor courtyard * Well-staffed. Staff all friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. (For reference only (it’s nothing to do with the hotel), there is car park under the hotel. Costly at approx £40pn but in line with the city’s ethos of making people park outside of the centre and the hotel did suggest other c/park near by, so you do have choice.)

* Wouldn’t have minded a slightly stronger reading light near the bed but this is only a preference and I don’t really have any criticism at all. We thought the overall experience was fantastic and we’d definitely stay there again next time we visit Cambridge.

Great value for money in the centre of Cambridge. So convenient yet quiet and peaceful. Amenities in the room were excellent though more than we required.

I didn't love the QR code style of communication with reception. It was an AI bot where I requested more coffee/tea with never any acknowledgement of the request receipt. I appreciate that cleaning during stays is limited to once per 6nts but it would have added to our stay in terms of topping up and refreshing the room. A stunning amount of dust balls had accumulated during our 2day stay which I think may be due to AC and fans.
