I had room 817, the view over the Black Sea was awesome, the room was cleaned every day, the food was a lot and diverse, the people in the restaurant very friendly and quick with their service! The Lady from the reception was very kind, she speaks English very well and ready to answear my questions! I didnt see her name but she is tall with long hair, thank you for your support!

Its not the hotel fault but one cant walk near the sea and on the beach! Hotel has an extraordinary beautiful sandy beach, with enough sun beds, but one cant use it for walking, your feet will be catched by the sand and is very hard to walk like this! Again, the hotel cant do anything about it!

Beach near the hotel, food at the restaurant was good. View from the room was lateral view. Pool was very clean, the entertainment for kids and music from 9 to 20 p.m was really nice. There were two pools in the complex, both with mineral water. One at 29 degrees and one hotter. This was the big plus of the hotel.

The room was not cleaned sufficient, I need to clean it by myself. No substances to clean proper the toilet and the sink from the bath were used. This is one big problem.also the refrigerator has some dirty near it, not able to clean it

Location is great, right on the beach and next to a summer/outdoor cinema. It is a more family oriented and quiet and not a party place. Food was tasty and good quality, never had any issues. The pools were also very nice and with mineral water. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very nice.

Lounge chairs on the beach are probably due to be changed for new ones, some were broken. In addition at the pools people 'saved' places from early morning even from the previous evening which is very annoying, since you could barely find a place even at 07.00 am even though there was no one actually there. Also the beach bar should have a greater variety of snacks.

It has a very nice view and an amazing terrace. The staff was very friendly and doing the job pretty well. The food was also okay, however it was more or less the same food each day with small changes. I loved that the hotel was on the beach and the pools are looking amazing.

The room had a weird smell and our toilet didn’t had enough pressure so we had to press 10 times and not even after doing this for so many times wouldn’t work so…we had an uncomfortable situation due to that. I suggest checking it in the first day and ask for another room if the issue persist.

Amazing location with a stunning view. The beach and the thermal swimming pool were clean with an easy access.

The property itself needs some renovation - the bathroom especially. The fitness room is not equipped at all, basically it cannot be used properly. The breakfast is one and the same every day.

I loved the location in front of the beach, easily accessible by bus. The beach and water were great, room was big enough, I could sleep really well. Massage was amazing, also mineral water pool, I strongly reccommend back massage with magnesium oil, it was cheap and well done. I am glad I did the boat trip to Evksinograd, I saw dolphins and water was crystal green! I met wonderful people, I am super grateful!

The hotel closes on 3rd october, there could be more drinkable water available in dispensers. Also, I booked the room via a travel agency first by my reservation was not processed. I am glad that I booked second time with booking, so that I could have something secure. I think they could have managed that so that there are no misunderstandings. There were cans on the beach, I hope, they will clean them before they close the hotel. It's a pity, the hotel would be clozed for winter. The price was a little high for the end of the season but I appreciate my stay anyway.

Big hotel with sea view, close to beach (you get out from hotel, direct on the beach) A lot of varieties for breakfast (meat, vegetables, fruit, coffe, juice, pancake, pizza, etc) Some free parking in front of hotel, I think in full season you can't have it :-D Big rooms, ok beds, quiet and relaxing view from balcony! Close to Varna city (15-20 min by car) where you can eat at good restaurants.

The spa was closed at 19h30, we arrived at 18h00 so no chance to use it. Could be ok to have longer schedulle, till 22h00 ( from my point of view after you come back tired from the city you want to relax not in the day) In the bathroom, not enogh light, the bathub was closing with shower foil (not 4* hotel level) Towells was smelling bad and was broken and torn. No slippery for rooms.

It was as perfect as always.

This has nothing to do with the hotel. I did not like the weather. It was the first time for me în late september. Even if it was still hot outside, it was too cold to get into the pool. Of course there is the indoor pool, but it is not the same.

I think that you could do more with litle but important things like soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper. If you don't say you don't have ... Food ... just a little problem at steak ... isn't has a minimal done

Bulgari offers more tasty food, esp.frits and vegetables compared to what has been served.
