The location was amazing. Just steps away from the gondola and the lifts with a handy locker for skis. We were so close to all the restaurants at night. And the view overlookingvthe mountain and the lifts was charming. It was just above the longhorn bar but sound really wasn’t a problem. The beds & pillows were ridiculously comfortable. We loved them! I slept so well! I also appreciated the blackout curtains in the master. Of note, Even the pullout sofa was really comfortable! We checked in at sundial hotel and their staff was really friendly. Our unit hand a convenient pass code entry. It was great having a washer and drier in the unit and the heated floor in the master was a nice touch!

We did a little cooking and I thought the kitchen had a few shortcomings. The knives were horribly dull and one had a dangerously loose handle. I wish there was a crockpot. Also would have been nice to either containers with lids or maybe plastic wrap or tin foil for left over storage. But other than that it did have the other basics. Overall the decor was a little dated and basic but for the price the location totally made up for it! We would go back in a heartbeat.

Location is fabulous. The condo was huge, very comfortable, and clean!

For a living room of that size, the TV could have been bigger. In addition, the amenities listed on the website said that there was access to streaming services, but when we asked about it, they said that was only for guests of the Sundial Hotel. This ended up being a moot point because the weather cleared up, but it was originally supposed to rain the entire day and our plan had been to hang out in the living room and watch movies. If you have your own firestick or Chromecast, I would bring it.

The stove and jacuzzi are dated but work fine. if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place, as the music playing from venues nearby can be heard until late at night. However, we will happily come back as it is great value for money.

The location was perfect, skiing/snowboarding was right around the corner and right in the village with everything so close by.

The elevator didn't work all the time. Sometimes, we waited for a while inside the elevator before it gave a long beep and an error message before working again. Other times, it was fine. There were no pots and pans to cook with even though there was a stove.

Room was unique and spacious, had all amenities we needed. Laundry was a plus. Location was perfect. Staff was wonderful. ROXY was incredibly pleasant at check-in and answered all our questions. Very friendly! She even sent a nice bottle of wine to our room as an anniversary gift! Thank you!

Bike storage is clunky, clearly made to accommodate skiers. No cards, so you are entering a 9-digit code for all of the building doors. That gets a little annoying.

Absolutely unbelievable, I have no idea how we got this stay for the price we got it for, beautiful apartment with great view. Full kitchen set up so we saved money on eating out and washer and dryer so we saved future spending on laundry! Amazing!

The lift was out the day we checked in, but they gave us a free drink token each as a sorry so that made up for it!

This was our first stay at Carleton Lodge and and my entire family was very impressed with the room, particularly, the gorgeous ski slope view from the room towards the mountain. The location was very convenient to the gondola as well as the village. We will definitely return.

Good size room,rustic ski style,excellent washer dryer, cooker,microwave,etc, v clean old style bathroom n tub shower,good towels n soap.Excellent staff Thank you to Simon,Jacob n the man from Cornwall, very responsive to a request for help with TV,..which in the end we did not need n a kettle..v good staff.

If I want to be picky .. ...perhaps the rooms could be darker for sleeping, and when repainting I would change some of the wall n ceiling colours....

The location is incredible. It is so convenient at the foot of the lift and Whistler gondola.

There was what looked like some animal hair on the window seat. I had slight allergies while in the room. But overall it was so cozy and wonderful!

Easy book in as the emails received were very simple. Parking was at our cost but was straight under the Sundial hotel. Position of suite couldn’t have been more perfect for 4 ladies, 3 that had never been there. Looking straight onto the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. I was sad that all gondolas were down for maintenance as that is one of the attractions to the area. I understand that it needs to be done, but one should be open for visitors to the area.

Nil
