The beds were comfortable, nice view, friendly staff, great coffee, good breakfast options, safe and great location, it was very clean when we got there.

When we checked in, they told us if we wanted a lower floor because the elevators were not working. We were also a bit disappointed because they did not have a microwave. We have also stayed at many hotels, and they at least throw out the trash and change towels. Here they didn't. I'm assuming we had to ask. We were also getting a lot of late night scam calls on Thanksgiving night from "customer service " wanting to verify the card we checked in with. When I hung up and called the front desk, she told me to disconnect it because it had been happening for a while. It was scary, good thing we didn't fall for it.

There were guest above us running and banging things around until late. We called the front desk it helped a little. Also there were no cups in the room

I didn't like the fact of all the running and noise from the room up above us. I know next time to stay on the top floor when it's only 4 floors to keep the noise down.

The sweet was nice, the bed was comfortable and thr coffee was perfect.

The pool is still down, my wife has to stay there all day and the pool was the main reason she wanted to stay with me.

This location was one of the cleanest, most comfortable places we have stayed in a long time.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
