Good location near the lakes, quiet, house is small but has (almost) everything that one needs, possibility to use washing machines and a dryer (tokens), nice pool of a decent size (although the number of sun-beds available was rather limited), nice restaurant with tasty food and amazing staff.

There was a water pump (or something similar) on the side of the house (number 29) that switched on from time to time and produced extremely annoying noise and vibrations that ruined our sleep on the first and the last time of our stay. We had a nice big terrace but our view consisted mainly of the rows of houses in front of us and it wasn’t very inviting to sit there. A bit far from the pool. No hair dryer.

The location is absolutelly stunning. The mobile home we rented exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious and was equiped with everything a family needs. We only stayed for two days, but i think it would have been worth spending a couple of days more

We wanted a mobile home near the pool, but I was not aware at the time of booking that I have to specifically request this. It's not clear from the description that the same category of mobile home can be located elsewhere, as the pictures for the deluxe mobile home only show the pool view. It's missleading and disappointing upon arrival when you receive a mobile home you were not expecting and there is nothing you can do. It's the only reason for the 9 rating and not 10.

Perfect location, facilities at the area, beatiful views and design.

The pools can be heated, at least one of them :). We stayed in the mobile home nr 17 behind the playground, and the ants were coming inside, but keeping the food away (in the fridge) and taking care of sanity in the mobile home helped the issue. It could be mentioned in the description that on sundays all the grocery stores are closed in entire lakes area. We could not find any bread peace even from the gas station when arrived on sunday. Only restorans are open, but we would prefer to cook by ourselves. This was the only inconvenience.

Excellent location to go to the park (about 5min by car from entrance 1.) They offer a shuttle service for 20 euros both ways for the whole family, which is very organized and convenient if you don't want to be worried about finding a parking place in the park. We enjoyed the mobile house very much, the kids had fun in the jacuzzi with an excellent view.. The restaurant is very good. The service in general is very good, not only in the restaurant but also in the reception. .

The hot water in the shower finished very fast and we had to way a bit to get it back to warm.

We loved everything about it. The beauty of the surroundings was amazing. The facilities were wonderful. Great pool and the unit we stayed in seemed brand new. All the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant had many options and the staff there were great. Extra thank you to Davor. The location was just 6 minutes from entrance 1 of the Plitvice National Park but I would recommend to give yourself a lot of extra time for parking as the spots get filled up very quickly so you will need extra time to walk to the entrance.

The accommodations are modern and lovely. The Air Con worked lovely. Very close to the Plitvice Lakes entrance.

There is a restaurant for breakfast. But there was a misunderstanding as to what kind. It is ala carte meaning that if you are in hurry to get to a 7:00 entry into the park, and the restaurant opens at 7:00 am, there will be no breakfast for you. And the park restaurants do not open until 9am. We selected this place because it stated that they served breakfast. I did not read the fine print well enough. My bad.

This ended up being a quick overnight on our trip through Croatia but the proximity to Plitvice NP was outstanding. We were there on a cold rainy night so I can only imagine how great it is with sunshine. We grabbed a few things for breakfast and lunch the next day on our way in and the kitchen had just enough for us to prep it for our day in the park. The front desk staff was very welcoming and told us we could come back to use the facilities if we ended up getting soaked during our time in the park (we lucked out).

I messaged to see what kind of coffee pods we needed for the in-room coffee pot but were told we could buy it from their store. it would have been nice to have the choice to buy our own at the grocery store.

Clean and cozy mobile house in the farthest corner. The place was quiet and peaceful. Nice view to green mountain.

And he started jis monolog about Israel and Gaza war, about America's role in IR, that he is simple waiter and I shoudn:t be suprised because the world is going to be mad... not enough sun beds at pool area.

The location was perfect - it took 7 mins to entrance 1 of piltvice park, there were tonnes of other attractions in the area as well such as swimming in the river in rastoke, horse riding etc. The place is very family friendly, lovely pool, kids club, playground etc and yet it is silent! A real pleasure

We had a few ants in our room but I guess that is to be expected in the countryside and didnt put us off our stay

Everything is wonderful, great location since it’s close to bunch of good restaurants (i recommend to go outside and eat). We arrived during their 5 year anniversary so there was free food, live music and fireworks that made it such a magical time for us. It’s 10 mins drive from the park so super easy access. I think it’s very good for the money, everyone from out family love it from grandparents to our children
