the room is gorgeous and super stylish: from wooden floors to built-in kitchen to marble accents. the apartment it is super clean and you will have everything you need inside. we really enjoyed every day we spent there. the staff are very kind too. will definitely come back.

it’s absolutely not a disadvantage of the apartment but just something you need to consider: Sheinkin street is lively with a lot of cafes and bars so on the evening it is rather noisy (but nothing extreme). but we personally loved it )

Location absolutely premium- walking distance to everywhere. Outstanding and responsive host to address any issue or queries. Whole apartment clean and, comfortable and fantastic beds. Excellent security. Great sound-proofing; never bothered by the bar downstairs.

No parking 🅿️ and you have to be VERY lucky to find a spot anytime on the extremely busy streets nearby. We hired a car for a few days and parked overnight at the DIZENGOFF CENTRE (just over a kilometre away). An ok walk home, but after a busy, long day, would have preferred not to have to do it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at De Sheinkin Suites in Tel Aviv. It's a very convenient location that allowed us to easily explore the city on foot, and we found the size and layout of the apartment to be perfect. Additionally, it was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and impeccably clean, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, allowing us to check in early and arranging for a late checkout. Their attentive service made our experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, we highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for providing such a fantastic stay!

Beautiful interior design and very high-end and clean.

The room was wonderful and beautifully designed. It was fully equipped like a hotel room but was so comfortable that i felt like i was home too! This place is very clean and comfortable. I have never experienced this type of hotel room in a building that otherwise was an apartment building. There was a full kitchen with a microwave and stove top and even a dishwasher! I really enjoyed laying on the very comfortable couch, which turns into a sofa bed while watching great films on Netflix! I also enjoyed the big window over looking the trees while sitting in the kitchen. There was even a TV in the bedroom. The location is wonderful. The room was only a ten min walk to the beach, and nearby are the fun, trendy parts of Yafo near the Carmel market and many boutiques and restaurants too. There is a Beit knesset nearby, and a kosher restaurant was near as well as many coffee shops and great restaurants. There was a grocery store that opened all night right across the street. The owner was so helpful with a few of my requests and really went out of their way to make me happy. I odered breakfast to my room one morning, which was delicious ! I really enjoyed my stay at De Shankin and will most definitely be back !

Exceptional accomodation and service. This place is brilliantly located and is like the love child of a 5 star hotel and an Airbnb. Shay was extremely helpful and did everything possible to accomodate a late check out. The bed was super comfortable

The breakfast in the room was good and rich. I liked the breakfast in the outdoor restaurant less, which was poor for my taste, food based on sandwiches, there were no fruit juices for example or yogurt, etc.

Shay, our host, was friendly, cordial and very accommodating. The apartment unit, in the heart of an upscale Tel-Aviv neighborhood, is fully equipped with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. We highly recommend.

We stayed at "de grey" apartment which faces the street. Although it was mid week, it was very noisy until 2-3 am , if you are sensitive to noise and have trouble sleeping , take this into consideration.
