Our stay at Sole d’oro was truly exceptional. The reception team was marvellous and made us feel very welcome and greatly cared for. They even arranged an early check in for us. The hotel room was spotless with lots of facilities and the private balcony and the hot tub added a lovely additional touch. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The team also very kindly allowed us to wait at the hotel until our midnight flight and let us use the shower facilities before our departure. We were shown a secret sunset spot away from the crowds in the centre of Oia which was beautiful. Special shoutout to Lupka on reception, who arranged all the additional inquiries with so much kindness and made us feel completely at home. Giannis at the bar was extremely friendly and kind and was great to chat with. Everyone else in the team, including the owner, were wonderfully friendly and made us feel extremely satisfied with our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Sole d’oro and I would certainly come back.

Sole d’oro Luxury suites was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything from the staff, service and hotel itself was absolutely perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was less than a 5 minute easy walk into the busy streets of Oia, it also gave easy access to the Oia to Fira hike which was beautiful.

This was one of the most beautiful apartments we’ve ever stayed in as a family. Beautiful interiors, breath taking views and an all round elegant hotel. The best thing was how incredible the service was. Ljupka and her team are the most fantastic, talented, kind people and nothing is too much to ask. They arranged restaurants that were perfect for us, a boat trip that was a highlight of the holiday and gave lots of good advice. They also arranged all our transfers, even when we were no longer staying with them! They were so welcoming, great with the kids and went above and beyond. We have stayed on many fantastic hotels all over the world and this was some of the best service we’ve ever had anywhere on the world.

The property is perfectly situated a five minute walk from central Oia. All of the staff were the nicest people ever. They cannot do enough for you. Luka helped us in so many ways with recommendations and bookings. Yannis makes the absolute best cocktails and coffees. Breakfast was delicious. The whole team made us feel like royalty. Hotel’s staff are very polite,kind to kids,have full of service spirit. We were very comfortable to stay there. We wanted to stay there more days. Our room has 1 bed room, and 2 sofa bed in the living , dressor area and bathroom.There are also spacious and very comfortable for us. It was very lucky for us to be covered with wall in the bed side because 2 kids sometimes drop from bed.

I think it was more comfortable if hot tub temperature is higher. The hotel has some steps, but hotel staff is always helping us to carry baggage.

We just returned from Santorini, we stayed for 5 days (from April 7 to 12, 2024) in this wonderful hotel. (Where you won't have to go up and down stairs carrying your suitcases, which is what is expected in Santorini). The hotel is a gem in Oia, new, super clean, super well located, (the public transport bus passes through the main door of the hotel) all the staff is super attentive, from the owners of the hotel, Niko, Mr. of the reception (I don't remember her name), Katherine, Cristo, José, the cleaning ladies and the cook (Iliana), all of them will make your stay a dream. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they welcomed us with a welcome cocktail and gave us a summer bag from the hotel. Additionally, a bottle of wine was waiting for us in our room. At the end of our stay, we were given a small bottle of oil. Everything is really dreamy! Our breakfasts made by Iliana were wonderful, she makes some homemade fries that are delicious. Every day you will have clean towels and bathrobes and your room spotless and sparkling. For all those who know that they cannot return from Santorini without a cover photo for Instagram, the hotel is the perfect place for your photos, you will not have to wait in line to get a place to take your photos, you just have to ask Niko. (he is super friendly) or José to help you and you will have the photos of your dreams. From the hotel you have the opportunity to appreciate the famous Santorini sunset without having to pay excessive amounts of money for a good view, you can take advantage of this wonder from your own jacuzzi. For all Spanish speakers who want to visit the hotel and if you need help, don't worry, there is José who will help you with everything you need. Our stay at the hotel has exceeded our expectations, there is nothing negative I can say about the hotel service. All of them will do everything possible to make you enjoy your vacation in Santorini. Definitely 100% recommended!!

Brilliant! Excellent facilities, brilliant staff superb breakfasts and location was great. 2 mins to Caldera walk into town with great views and sunsets. Rooftop hottubs also had good views over the sea.

Some people may want a Caldera location but that would be more expensive!

The staff and hospitality were exceptional. The room and plunge pool exceeded our expectations. Lovely breakfast and just a 5 minute walk from town.

Note, the sea view is of the less picturesque side of the peninsula, which is why this accommodation is more adorably priced.

Nothing much just parking not available on property, but staff help you to find parking on public spaces. So still not to difficult to find one. Great costumer service.

Room was super cute, staff were very nice, breakfast was good too.

I was told the room would be ready at a certain time, and it wasn't (which was fine) just zero communication about it or how the cleaning process was going. I asked the reception guy if we should go eat lunch and come back or if it'd be ready soon and he got a little snappy and kept saying "you need to be patient" even though I was very nice. Location was a little far from the main part of oia. Hot tub was always luke warm.
