I am grateful to God for creating a good place for us in this season. Everything is okay, so the price is fair. There is nothing bad to say. If you have enough money to travel, you can't thinking the hotel price (maybe 1000 baht or lower 1000 baht).Room size is bigger and A/C good working.Hight speed WIFI and water is clean for shower. All the staff are friendlly and so Lovely. One of the staff (maybe hotel manager) standby in service and he can speak good English. If you go to reception after service time, you can't see him. Hotel service is 07:00-19:00. I felt sorry for them. Some unscrupulous visitors have written untruthful fabricated texts on their page. This act is not done by good guests. Makes you understand and empathize. For me, PP Insula Hotel is the best I give it (10/10+++)

the noise was a bit complicated, if you have good guest you will sleep if they are noisy you will not sleep +. noise from the streets the owner should be more strict on noise for the well being of the guest (and not wait for guest complains)!

Booked 3 nights stayed 6 nights, Lovely hotel .Best location Whether you’re a partier or a relaxer you’re nestled in the middle of everything - beach, bars, shops, restaurants. Soft mattress, super clean room, spacious bathroom, hot water, kettle, fridge. Family run very welcoming and hospitable and you’ll be greeted by their huge fluffy cats at reception desk. Zero complaints

Absolutely nothing

This hotel is located at the center of the Main Street, but it’s quiet and comfortable. The stuff here are amazing and very nice people. The hotel is super clean, they clean here all day long. I highly recommend to stay here.

very clean . i really like they clean up our room every day. so we could stay away from sand . especially where the beach is close. location was fantastic. it's quiet vibe so ppl who don't want party you should stay here. Netflex works so my mom could watch korean shows which was great. i think a little bit of pricey and not a fancy accomodation but so clean that we were very happy to stay there.

Phenomenal location right in the middle of Phi Phi, but still quiet at night. You can walk everywhere, and there are friendly cats all over as well. Comfy bed, decent shower/toilet, AC was solid. You can book activities through the hotel as well.

A bit of mold in the bathroom, and I hate android TVs but that's a personal issue 😂

It's just a 5 min walk from the ferry's pier, amazing location, you got everything around you - bars, restaurants, laundry machines, beach ect.The owner is a very pleasant person, always smiling and very helpful.Check in is until 19h ( I didn't know) and I arrive very late - but still I was received with all his hospitality! Thank you!The room was clean, smelling good and a really comfortable bed! Maybe the furniture is a little bit old, but I like everything anyway.I really enjoy my stay!

The staffs were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Location was very close to the pier like 2 minutes walk. I would defo come back, nice big bed, pillows, clean and tidy, good value for money.

Our stay here was amazing. The room was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was excellent. The fridge and tv with Netflix was a great added bonus aswell as the complimentary waters. The staff cleaned our room and re filled the waters everyday. The location is perfect right in the centre and an 3 -5 minute walk to the pier as well as round the corner from 7-eleven. The hotel was quiet we had no loud noises from guests or outside. The staff are so friendly and helpful so Overall our stay was fab and we would 100% recommend to stay here.

Perfect location. In the medium of the town but even tho wasn’t noisy. The staff was really lovely and helpful.
