Clean, comfy

There is a new rules for the pool! Which is only 2 person can go to the pool for 1 unit! Not fair for me. Because we booked under 5 person (2 adult and 3 kids) and found out that only 2 person are allowed to use the pool and there is another extra charge if more thn 2 person. For me personally it’s not fun anymore.

The design of the room very aesthetic

They didn’t provide any towels. Also the time for check in is too late which is 3pm maybe make it to 2pm since there was delays when i check in because the room wasn’t clean yet so i have to wait 30 minutes.

Spacious and excellent stay for my small family. I like the TV and wifi.

The toilet is not so clean. A bit smelly. As for the window pls consider putting a lock on it. It's for safety purposes especially for kids.

Deposit refund is too late. Until 4 days I haven't received yet my deposit. Message their staff not reply

could be better if washing machine, drying rack and microwave be provided for longer stay. Towel have an unpleasant smell.

highly recommended to stay here. overall im satisfied with the room. its beautiful room ever in kota kinabalu i've ever stay and will choose this place again in future. facilities such as water heater, kettle, refrigerator, steamer, iron, plate, spoon, glass is fully provided. it has beautiful view around the swimming pool, gym, playground and sauna.

1. The room was dirty because i found that a lot of dust under the bed. 2. Sometimes a bad smell comes out from the toilet and sink (ex: bau rokok dan sisa makanan. bau taik tu biasalah HAHAHA) 3. The swimming pool, you have to follow the rules and its quite strict, you must wear swimming clothes. 4. Cannot use the kettle and steamer, u have to request plug adapter by yourself if its not found in the room.

Beauty

The Staffs at the reception seem annoyed with me? Not friendly to costumer, rather unkind costumer, very much lacking poor soft skills, eye contact & body language, this is hospitality business not government or public. The owner of ordinary homestay is far more profesional.I dont think I did anything wrong tho, except for that, everything in Pinstay is exceptional

Love the aesthetic & simple design. room was so comfortable & spacious. even got laundry downstairs outside of the building. staff was so friendly & helpful. easy check in & out 👍🏻

we booked a 2 bedroom apt, parking was free for 1 car, but the parking was quite far from the lift. & there were lots of ants upon check in. we had to buy ridsect to get rid of the ants.

Clean, organised, well equipped with hair dryer, steam cloths iron, electronic cooking boiler, water boiler and also water heater. Totally value for money.

Women staff not so friendly during check out, and didn't explained that refund of deposit is 3-5 days. This is also the only bad side of this airbnb, as it takes such a long time just to refund deposit to customers.

Overall I really love the room, especially the balcony is huge. Secondly, the bed is comfortable and the environment is super esthetically calm vibe. And also I really loved the lighting in the room!!!

Can't access youtube, i don't know what's the cause. And also the sink spreading smelly smell. The socket for the ring light in toilet is so hard to plug in.
