I think we were lucky with our room after reading so many bad reviews. We had no issues with the room, the view from our room was awesome. I believe this hotel has the best view in pattaya beach. The staff were very friendly. They have free pick up and drop off service, which is great because otherwise it's difficult to go to the pier if you have big luggages.

The breakfast... they serve the tea and the coffee cold, not even the room temperature, just cold. The price of the hotel is kinda expensive for what you get but if you look at all the other hotel's prices you know that koh lipe is generally expensive with their hotels. The only unpleasant thing was the open spaces all over the house. The door doesnt close completely leaving a huge hole. Just making you a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner for their lovely mosquitos. We had to sleep with a bottle of mosquito spray on all over our body. Please please fix this because otherwise we loved it.

Breakfast was excellent. Lot of choices. Greatly appreciated the cook (young lady) who was doing fresh cooked omelet of our choices every day. We also encountered a technical problem with the air conditioner (no cool air was coming out) on our second night. We woke up sweating. When talking about the problem with the front desk, they sent a technician on the spot. He couldn’t fix it. They gladly change us into a new room for a last night. The gesture was really appreciated. We again thank them for their efficiency. We had a bad 2nd night and we were able to rest and had a good night of sleep before our departure. Thanks to all the staff at Chareena.

Tucked up in the mountains, it overlooked the beautiful Pattaya beach with the longboats. The hammock and balcony was unlike any other honestly. One of the best part was you were close enough to walking street but far enough for peace and quiet. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, remembering little things about you and invested in your stay. The room itself was spacious, large bathroom with hot shower and AC worked well. We would love to come back again.

We love the location - It was our third visit. A small and peaceful hotel with, we think the best views on the island.

We were in room, 206, which I think was the furthest walk, and my 60-year-old knees struggled a bit - I think there were about 110 steps to get to our room, so you do need to be quite fit to manage them! There was no reading light switch on my side of the bed. The fridge needed to be defrosted as we could not fit an ice cube tray in the freezer part, so I had to defrost myself. The teabags were not replenished, but luckily I had brought my own. While the island is very safe, we were unable to lock our bedroom door. The hotel is very busy but they could do with just keeping up with their maintenance. Reception staff very helpful and great that the luggage was carried to our bedroom and collected as it was so far we would have struggled to manage it

We liked everything, but just to mention something: The breakfast-restaurant should serve lunch and dinner. It was a beautiful place.

Very beautiful location, you can see the clear waters of Koh Lipe from the balcony. The staff were very nice. Delicious breakfast - and they make it special everyday. Thanks for making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

We stayed in a room in which the WIFI was dependent on the router from the other guest‘s room. This means when they were not there then we also had no WIFI as the electricity is turned off in their room, as well as the router/WIFI extender. I hope they find a solution for that though, as it really made no sense.

Area is absolutely stunning, cannot express how good the views are. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any money to get into the town and Book the man at reception, loaned us money to get to walking street. Also our internet wouldn’t work so the lady at the reception gave us a booster. The room was simple but had everything you needed.

The hammock was super low so it was grazing the floor.

Small safe, no sockets on one side of the bed, breakfast could start at 7:00 instead of 7:30, light in front on room 302 burning all night, had to close curtains, loud AC,

The view is super excellent, you can see whole of Pattaya beach. And access walking to the beach and to walking street is really convenient. We saw NYE 2024 right outside our balcony which was magic!

We stayed for 5 days but housekeeping on came once to clear only rubbish and another to house keep. Some parts of our bathroom door was dropping cement stones. The aircond was not cold at all during our stay even at 16c. Probably needs to be serviced.
