All of the staff, except for the man in the front office, were very kind and caring. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed even though the language barrier made it difficult at times. It seemed that the man in the front office had an even harder time understanding English which mafe it frustrating trying to talk business with him when trying to ask how much it would be to add another night. It seemed like he was saying 'oh, no problem, I take care of you' he said he didn't need my card to add the charge which, when I checked a few days later as our trip was ending, was more than the per night charge through booking.com. so I was disappointed by that 😕 😔 Other motels have always charged less.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the room was quiet and warm in the evening. The price was the reason for staying there. We drove 61 mile from Cooke City, MT to avoid the ridiculous prices at far less clean and comfortable rooms there. Will use this motel in the future. Thanks :>)

I am very particular about my show car, and parking was too close for door dings. I was allowed to park up front by the office so that was no problem. Thanks

While it looks old on the outside it is redone inside and the room was nicer than the comfort Inn room I stayed at the night before. Very clean room with good amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is cute and can't be seen from the street.

The juice at the Continental breakfast was still in the machine while it was turned off the night I checked in. The OJ had a strange color. So skip the breakfast.

IN addition to the bed being very comfortable, and the room being quite spacious, and the wifi quite effective, the parking was quite near the door, which was convenient for this senior citizen.

The furniture layout was atrocious. If the people who installed the furniture had not had their fancy-schmancy fetish of having the two queen beds lined up together, they would have noticed that putting ONE bed in the alcove and the desk next to the other bed, then it wouldn't have been so very difficult to get between the bed and the corner of the bathroom wall just to get to the desk. Additionally, a person could then use the desk chair for watching the TV, just swiveling around from the desk. The layout does matter, and if the manager will just accept his design is totally awful, a major improvement can follow.

Cheap, clean, good staff. My wife loved the firm mattress.

The breakfast wasn't great, but for the price I wasn't expecting much. It was two types of cereal, bread for toasting, two types of mini-muffins, milk, tang, and not so good coffee. The toaster worked fine.

the customer service was great, they let us know about events going on in town, cleaned the room daily, the pool right outside our door was super nice, the location was great, laundry room was handy after being camping and smelling like campfire.

overall our stay here was great, the water heater did go, so we had cold showers one night, but because of it our room was discounted so that was nice. who doesnt like a discounted room, the weather was insane so a cold shower was needed.

We've been staying there for probably 20 years now.The people are nice, it's convenient to the museum, within walking distance of downtown. It has recently been painted and a new roof put on. Rooms are always clean and there are chairs on the outside to hang out in. Central "patio" is a great place to meet other travelers. I recommend it highly!

Breakfast could use a little help.

It was more a continental breakfast.Cereal,small muffins ,toast, and coffee, it was enough to last us awhile.

We stayed 2 nights and they only gave 1 wash cloth. We had to ask for another one. I think they have spanish speaking help and they don't understand. This happened in most of the places we stayed .

Check in was quick.

Black hair stuck to my socks. Said they would not clean room until we left. But they did go in and tidy up, made the bed. Wasn't comfortable with them in my room. Someone parked in front of our door which made it difficult loading our car. First morning we had to wait on coffee. Breakfast was toast, sweet rolls or cereal. Milk was left out on counter, not refrigerated. Butter was frozen, couldn't spread it in toast. Not diabetic friendly breakfast. Second morning had to wait on a table. Couldn't get a receipt cause no one was there to check us out. AC was loud.

Convenient location, clean room, breakfast included, and if I remember correctly it I think it was a place where the door visibly locked from inside. Good sized table with a chair.

Don't recollect there being any issues.
