The Villa is actually nice to stay but there is some things needs to be fixed the TV was old and we could not watch anything on it, and no one helps us to find our room we were looking for it about 20 minutes and ask the security person (not a staff) he shows us the way to our room, staff was not taking care about us!

rooms are spacious

even its a dog friendly property, many neighbors were complaining regarding the same. also there should be some amenities for dogs placed in the rooms room service didn’t knew the menu properly one time we wanted to order veg biryani they said it’s not in our menu second time when we asked it was available

Staff was very friendly & helpful

I like to exercise in the morning. The gym did not open early enough, nor was the pool available for a swim in the morning. I understand with the pool having to have a life guard and do not want early noise by offset rooms, but I don't understand why the gym could not open at 6 or 6:30 to accommodate getting to office by 8:00

I love the place, staffs are friendly , Ms. Rawna from front desk is very accommodating . Very polite.

The floors are dirty even the balcony. Shower curtain is dirty wt stain.under bed is very dusty that caused my nose irritation. .

Managers at reception were very supportive. We didn’t like swimming pool view and they changed our room immediately. Spacious clean room, balcony with golf course view makes it very private like you have your own backyard. Huge greenish territory, you can spend time at both Village and Residence area. Good beach and swimming pools.

Variety of food was limited, but it was enough to avoid overeating during all inclusive stay. Plumbing: the water was staying in the sink, also the water pressure was weak, but in general it is livable since you spend most of your time outside anyway.

I would like to mention a point Since 2017 I have been visiting Hamra residence & village,my most stays is in residence ,and so much of my friends I suggested and booked them bantam location , well i have reached late to my stay 6hrs I went to reception I have seen person named FARID,I booked as a standard room I have paid my amount at final step I took my card (then he said to me from our side we upgraded u a junior suite ) this was touching moment this was appropriating moment this kept me till next day keep saying he was kind and he pushes to do something good and keep the customers or peoples happy and enjoying and feels great about him ( I hope he be in this location and not just for me to anyone who deserves this appreciation service to be received from a gentleman that I mentioned ) since the year I mentioned till today date I haven’t gotten this upgrade thing but with this step he courages me to keep my all time stying place to be Al hamra . Thank you FARID …. Thank you hamra

There is nothing not good about it , everything is best and peace and relaxation , as well they change many things and motivated and so much developed around it , all the time they upgrade everything.

Nice villa with classic rooms. Big balcony. Big room and bathroom. Vintage furniture. Breakfast with a lot of choices. Nice bar/pub with live music, good food, reasonable prices. Parking in front of the villa. Fast internet. Reception and cleaning stuff are very active and friendly. Big swimming pool.

AC is blowing directly on the top of the bed. We had to sleep reversed. The swimming pool tiles need cleaning. Water was clean, but the pool tiles were dirty. Swimming is great, but avoid staying next to the edges of the pool. Rooms are very clean, but they need new paint.
