Front desk staff extremely efficient and helpful. Our luggages were delivered from another hotel, the luggage’s already put in our room before we arrived. Great family room with dry and wet area for the bathroom. Also having a washing machine in the bathroom, and the ability to dry the laundry in the bathroom is most convenient. Having a slider door between the beds and the sitting area is very good too. A couple of convenient stores very close by, so handy.

Not complains over all, but we couldn’t figure out how to get to some areas from the nearby station. For example, going to Umeda we walked a short distance to another station to catch the train. We just couldn’t find a route to go direct from the station right by the hotel. But this is our issue rather than the hotel’s.

The room and beds were excellent as was the in room laundry

the location and access to public transportation. it was a fair walk from the station with luggage over rough pavement and streets. The Osaka subway have limited lifts or escalators adding to the negative experience. The subway tunnels are also dirty. There was also limited dining choices close to the facility and no coffee in rooms for overseas guests.

Great location. Spacious. Nice kitchenette with frig, microwave and stove top range. Also washer in the unit. Took about 1 day for clothes to fully dry in heated bathroom with tub and washing area. Very nice and comfortable. Went to Japan Expo 2 of 4 nights there and was about 30 mins away by train. Staff at the hotel had map with instructions for train to Expo. Recommend this hotel and helpful staff.

My absolute favorite Osaka hotel! Extremely spacious, (even has a living room!) great location, kitchenette, washer/dryer, great views and just an overall great hotel experience. We didn't have a keycard for the room as each room has a numeric keypad which the hotel provides a code for. The staff were super friendly and helpful when we were checking in. Location is amazing. Ebisucho Station is extremely close by. It's about 10-12 min away from the busy Dotonbori area and literally across the street from Shinsekai/Tsutenkaku. Family Mart is just around the corner and there are a ton of places to eat nearby. Any time I visit Osaka, this is my hotel of choice.

Honestly, I don't have any constructive criticism for this hotel. The experience has been always amazing.

A very quick walk to the nearest train station made it easy to travel in/out of Osaka. The room is also nice since its keyless entry so we dont need to worry about forgetting the keys. The room is equipped with basic stuff you would need -- from the kitchenware to the bathroom. We also like they included a disinfecting spray for clothes/coats, hangers are also provided. Hotel also offers baggage keep since check out time is 10am and we have a late night fly out.

My family and I loves this property very much! - Staff are very kind and nice - Room is very spacious and clean - Has all we need from utensils, washing machine, heater, dryer, small fridge, etc - Property is a walking distance to Mega Don Quijote Shinsekai - A few steps away from Ebishucho station - 4-5 walk minutes from Shin-Imamiya station and Dobutsuen Mae stations - Has Lawson and Family farm 1 minute walk from the Property - Has Yakiniku, Yoshinoya, Ramen Restaurant, Dessert store nearby. - Whisky and Wine tasting for free! We will definitely book this hotel again in our future visits in Osaka.

There was always someone at the front desk to help us whenever we needed anything. The room included a washing machine with complimentary washing powder, so we could do our own laundry. Also, Japanese toilets are the most wonderful devices! Free Wifi was perfect, with good speeds and no dropouts, even with all 4 of us using it,

The location is not the best, as we always had a 20 minute train ride to Osaka station in order to connect to other lines, and it was too far to walk. Next time, I would probably pick a location closer to Osaka.

Very near Ebisucho station exit 4. Few eateries near the hotel. Actually it's operation feels more like a service apartment. This is great value for money. Staff are helpful and friendly. If you want more eating places go to Shinsekai near the the tower. The hotel provides all the toiletries!

I noticed the bedframe and the coffee table is kinda dusty when I checked in. and the power supply at the bedframe isn't very stable, I charged my phone, ended up it stopped charging after i fell asleep (only noticed it next morning) I had feedback to the staff regarding the power supply.

This hotel is great if you want more of an apartment style room and a bit more space than you might get in a traditional Japanese hotel. It was comfy, spacious and useful to have a bit of kitchen space too. Having a washing machine and a dryer function in the bathroom was great. Really good location too. Right by a number of subway stations and a couple of minutes walk from Tsutenkaku tower and the streets around there with lots of restaurants and karaoke bars.

This definitely wasn't the smartest hotel we stayed at, I'd say it was more functional. But to be honest we booked this knowing that and it was more a case of needing space and a washing room after nearly two weeks of travel! Would recommend if you're looking for the same thing.

Loved loved my stay here. The rooms are spacious and has all the amenities you could ask for. Great for long stays. They have a washing machine and drier unit separate from the bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and all the toiletries you can ask for. The room also had a beautiful balcony with views of the tsutenkaku tower. Will definitely recommend especially for families with kids
