The hotel is in a great position. The room was ample. The bed comfortable. There was plenty of place to hang clothes. My room had a fridge and an iron was supplied on request. The staff were lovely, polite and always helpful. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom and a good strong light. My room had a lovely window. I enjoyed my stay here. It was great value.

It isn't a big problem, but the shower in my twin room was a wet room (in other words, no shower tray). So the bathroom floor got wet each time, even around the loo. I didn't mind as I was going out all day, but others might not like it. Also the carpet seemed old-fashioned.

Very nice location! Albert cuyp market right beneath you and the city centre is just a 20 minute walk away. For a hotel with such a nice location the price is very good. Comfortable rooms, and very kind staff.

There is no breakfast in the hotel but since the hotel is right next to a supermarket and cafes thats no problem!

Small clean room. Comfortable and hotel location is perfectly situated. We stayed for 1 week. The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned multiple times. Coffee machine free and nice coffee. Lidls right outside. Honestly can't be beaten we will be back. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and the room had nice balloons which was a lovely touch. Albert coup market visible from front door and we had some of the best food ever. Park 6 mins away and surrounded by coffee shops (on the corner) and restaurants. Could go on but won't lol highly recommend for a comfy base to explore.

Easy to find, close to the city and the staff very friendly. Quick to clean up mistakes. Memory foam bed very comfortable. This place is reasonably priced for being close to the centre and does have a lidl opposite for amenities as well as a lovely market 4 minutes walking distance.

The room had not been fully serviced correctly before our arrival after check in time so had to ask them to come back, clean it and put in toilet roll. people smoked outside our window when we were on the ground floor and talked throughout the night. The front door slams when people come in it which again you can hear on the ground floor rooms. The main bedroom door was not sealed correctly and allowed light to shine in. The basin was slightly blocked and water did not drain away correctly, the hot water for the shower took a long time to come through in the mornings and was only warm. The mirror on the wall is mounted only for very tall people if your under 5ft 8 you won't see yourself at all.

Really quaint little room, very cosy and with a nice shower room and big window. The gentleman at the reception was the most charming man, he often helped us and went out of his way, providing us with travel plugs and umbrellas daily, bringing us coffee to our room mid morning when we slept in and missed breakfast. Excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was the property isn’t exactly in the town centre which was expected. If you want it super close you’d have to pay a lot extra money however it’s around a 20 minute walk and nice scenery along the way. Also my hairdryer wouldn’t work but that may be an issue with my hairdryer as the socket worked for other devices like chargers. The bathroom hairdryer wasn’t very powerful and couldn’t dry my hair (my hair is long with extensions)

The neighborhood was amazing. The property was accesible by foot and it felt really safe walking around.

There was a bug in the room, probably from the backyard. So i did not feel like opening the windows even though the room needed fresh air.

The place has everything you will need. Good location. There is the essential in your room. Good quality price. Beds are comfortable. Amsterdam is expensive, and for this price, you get a great place to stay for a few days.

Everything was ok knowing how cheap it is for the Amsterdam prices.

The location is really close to the center and most tourist attractions, and it is easily accessible by bus, tram or metro.

It was as described and I respected that. The room was small but we knew that and chose it for the location which was great. The staff really friendly helpful.

The bathroom was to small, you couldn't sit properly.

The room was clean, had all the needed facilities, hotel is close to the center, transportation with Tram was near the hotel, Lidl (big super market) just 1 minute away from the hotel, and the staff was very friendly. Much recommended
