Very clean , nice hospitality from staff.
They are very on top of registration for EVERY adult , which is to an extent unfair to charge per adult, when policy says they allow 2-3 adults per room for each double room .

10 min walking distance to Galerías shopping mall, and to Estadio Caliente - very handy for late matches/events.
My flight was rescheduled, so I needed to book an early check-in; I called several times to the phone stated in his page, and they never picked up. I had to show up unannounced, requesting an early check-in; and they charged me half of the night fee. TV was not working due to cable being loose; technical staff had to come and fix it.

I liked the space I was given for what it cost me. I needed cheap accommodation for a few days, and it was good value for the money spent. It wasn't a five-star luxury experience, but if I find myself in Tijuana and need a place to stay on a budget where the service is great and my needs will be met, I'll definitely be back.
I forgot a personal item at the location and had trouble getting back in touch with the staff to retrieve it promptly. Part of the problem is that I don't speak Spanish, so I had to use text-based communication which was slower.

Comfortable room. Kind of firm bed.
It says 4-star hotel but furnitures are sparse (which is probably typical for a Mexican house). No chair or desk to work, just TV stand and bed, so it's probably good for a sleep. The walls are very thin/not sound proof so I could hear conversations next door, along with dogs and car noise from outside. So this is not a 4-star stay.

Convenience store in the corner was a plus since we got to the hotel past midnight we could buy snacks and leave them in the room for when we got back hungry.
It was only 2 of us staying and our friend stayed with us for a bit waiting on her boyfriend to land. It was a looongg day and we fell asleep until a little bit past 9 (which was curfew for visitors) the front desk kept calling about how our guest hasn’t left. I told her my friend was staying and I gave her permission to charge me for the extra person but she made us go in person to the lobby because it HAD to be done that night just to say she can’t run the same card twice in a day and she can just do it tomorrow -_- she made us put on clothes and leave the room after I told her we were sleeping when she could’ve said that over the phone.

I like that it was very close to stores and a big mall, it was also very clean, the floor, bed with new sheets, bathroom was clean and the hallways too.
Is not that I don’t like the property but the bathroom needs a little bit more work, the window was broken and had a hole on it other than that everything was good.

Great location. Like that it’s closed to a liquor store. The property has a pool and a restaurant. Own parking garage.
The pool is small, specially when there is a lot of people in it. Especially with all the kids swimming with adults.

The address on booking for the hotel sent me to a different location. The Sunday evening I kept calling the phone listed and no one answered. I thought that the hotel might have permanently closed. When I found the hotel through another website, I mentioned the situation to the receptionist and he was unfazed by my concerns and didn’t ask or comment on the situation. He wasn’t rude, but wasn’t helpful or concerned in helping. I liked that our r connected room request was honored. The person at the gate was very helpful. The restaurant food and salsas were delicious. Restaurant waiters were friendly. Liked the parking next to room. Rooms were clean and had 2 quality water bottles which is great!
We went in the pool and didn’t realize we needed to go to the lobby for towels. The stairs to the lobby were wet and very slippery. The receptionist should have offered pool towels when we checked in or our room could have some already. Staff members kept walking by and no one offered us towels. After you checkout you need to use the key to exit. Then once you exit, you need to find parking, walk to the lobby, wait for the receptionist to turn in the key. If checkout is at 10, why can’t some be at the gate to hand the key to and let us out?

Everything was good only small problem no fridge or microwave. But they did have ice also our room was across the street from pool ideally it would have been nice to be closer to the pool.
The beds are a little hard.

Great place, close to stores, mall and easy access. Have a waiting room, cafe with great food. Pool looked nice but due to rain unable to enjoy.
You could hear every noise outside the room, bed was a bit hard for me but really great for my husband.
