The room was bigger than expected. Seriously, you could play catch in this room. The water was super hot so for those of you that like steamy showers, you will be satisfied. Plenty of restaurant options really close to the hotel.

No complaints. This hotel met my expectations at this price level.

The location was so convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the area was very well kept.

The bed was not as comfortable for me, but that is definitely a personal preference. It was clean, the sheets were very nice and the pillows were comfortable.

I have used this facility many times, but on this stay the bathroom due to hair around the commode and shower!!!

I loved the staff! My son is in the military and I have not seen him in 7 months. My household was getting over covid when he was to arrive so I booked him this room at first so we could be safe. Booking.com did something on their end which didn't show I even had a reservation that I booked well over a week prior. But the manager got on the phone with booking.com to resolve. Even before it was resolved she handed me keys anyways so I could put snacks in the room for my son. The staff at this hotel was amazing! I was panicked spending almost $700 for my son to have a safe visit. But the staff fixed it all for me

I booked a room for my grandma during her wedding weekend. When I booked, I asked the staff if they could decorate the room for her on her wedding day. They did a wonderful job and it meant so much to her. I truly appreciate it.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and eager to assist.

We specifically booked it for the hot tub lasted in the website. Traveling by car leaves my husband and I tense and sore. A hot tub helps with that chronic pain management- but we were very disappointed to hear it had remodeled out and the whole pool area was closed.

The breakfast was great and the staff very accommodating during a stressful time. We had no power or water due to storm Helene.

I wish the pool was open. But I understand. It should be cooler in October but in SC it is still hot.

The woman that was at the front desk with excellent she was a great host and gave us everything we needed and was very professional and calm I enjoyed my stay and would be back anytime that I'm around this area thank you best friend you're the best

Staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone we met was professional yet warm and kind, very inviting. They now allow pets which was awesome too. Breakfast was good

Pool was out of order, trash cart full to the brim in the lobby during our entire stay. Common areas not so clean

The staff is friendly! The bedding is very comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast options were pretty good.

It is due for an update which I believe has started. We were having breakfast as a family while the vacuuming was being done around the dining area. It would have been thoughtful to wait to vacuum that area until the breakfast time was over at 10:00 am.
