Although I didn’t take advantage of it all I liked the various places in the lobby area to relax or enjoy a game of billiards. Had I brought workout clothes I would have enjoyed a nice workout in the gym area. The bed and pillows were super comfy!! Convenient location just off route 81 and to my family which is why we were in town.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff! Comfortable beds and hot showers! The room and lobby were clean and quiet also!! Charging drinks and snacks at the lobby store charging items to the room was very convenient.

Make other breakfast plans. Breakfast provided wasn’t much to choose from. No meats and very limited hot items. Coffee cups were teeny tiny.

I loved that they had turkey sausage and oatmeal. Coffee was good. Also a huge bonus that they were pet friendly and unlike other places they charge per room(s) that oets are staying in versus per pet like other hotels. I also loved that they had a multicultural staff!

It was a bit noisy and walls are very thin.

Next door to Cracker Barrel. Convenient to major area highways. Good parking. Clean & comfortable. Great hot breakfast - eggs & sausage plus the regular bagels, etc. Good internet & TV. Great shower. Refrigerator in room (no freezer.)

No microwave or coffee maker in room. (Maybe a cleaning choice?) Room was small for the price, and the decor was ultra basic & simple... like dorm furnishings.

Everything was clean, nicely kept. Staff at front desk left me wondering if she had ever been trained on first impressions in customer service—she was the first person I came in contact with and while I did get checked in, etc., there was much to be desired in providing stellar service.

As I traveled across the US, when I needed a place for a night in a random location I would look for a Tru hotel. I found them comfy with friendly staff. I will say at this location the breakfast ended too early - 9am! Other than this, great value.

Everything was digital, I did everything from the app and never even went to the front desk. I did go through the area and it was very up to date and nice.

Right off the interstate, closer to route 11 easy to get to every where I needed to go.

The hotel is clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent. Convenient location directly off of the interstate, but minimal noise. The room floors are not carpeted.

I could hear TV noise from another room through the bathroom vent.

The vibe and energy! Staff were very professional and helped out when I needed anything.

The floors are so thin I didn’t get any sleep because the person over top of me walked extremely hard.

It was easy to find. I showed up a day early and there were no more rooms available for that night. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful in pointing me to another place that could be helpful in finding a place for the night. There was a baseball tournament in town and all (but the one I found) in the area were booked. When I returned the next day for my originally scheduled reservation,the same receptionist remembered me and called me by name before I even said anything. The room itself was very modern,clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was everything you would expect. Delicious,hot,well seasoned. The coffee was super hot.

I really can not think of anything I didn't like. Except for maybe my cheapskate self would have liked the price to be less, but it is very comparable to everywhere else.
