Very friendly and attentive stuff, we felt very welcome. The hotel is located in the city center but in the internal yard away from the busy streets. Breakfast was excellent, many different choices.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms, even the most intimate sounds in the middle of the night. The doors need to be slammed to close which also prevented us from a good night sleep almost every night. I think this should really be improved and it is a pitty, since the hotel is in a quiet location but rooms are not quiet.

Everything was very good. From the beginning of our stay till the last moment the service was exceptional. I liked the attention to detail and that the room had everything that we may need, from shoe shine to toothpaste/toothbrush, shaving cream with a shaver, toiletries, iron with a large ironing board, sewing kit, slippers and many more other complementary things which added to the satisfaction. The cleaning staff were also impressive as they came into our room on the second day and left a note just in case we forgot to press the button for them to come and clean (which was the case). They didn’t invade your privacy and added to the positive feedback. The breakfast and the lady who was serving was just perfect. In general I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay there.

Honestly the only thing that I would change to make it better if I could about the rooms is the noise insulation. Unfortunately you can hear quite a lot more than normal.

The hotel's location is ideal - the main attractions of the central part of Yerevan are within walking distance in all directions. The hotel is located in a quiet city courtyard. Sometimes the audibility is quite loud (probably depends on the location of the room on the floor). Having only one overhead shower built into the wall is inconvenient, but upon request, the staff quickly solves this problem by installing a regular shower head

the most impressive thing about this hotel is the staff; very responsible, very kind, professional and helpful. the location is great and gives access to two important streets, the hotel is very clean, the in-room amenities were amazing in a useful an and applicable way, they also care about environmental concerns.

the breakfast can be better, the shower space needs to be more covered so you won't be worried about the water splash everywhere and also you are not cold if you pause the shower, the hair dryer is not in the right place because it is inside the closet to make the room organized and beautiful but it is very hard to use since you have to stand inside the closet doors to be able to use it and it's really hard, also I believe in such a nice hotel with impressive amenities the automatic dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner should be used in the shower space not small buttles.

Breakfast buffet was made up of numerous dishes, fruits & salads. Room was able to receive some English language programmes. Staff were always helpful and willing to help/

On Tuesday 17/09/2025 I had booked a day tour to Tatev. Meeting time was 7:00 a.m. so I requested a wake-up call at 6:00 a.m. This was not forthcoming and fortunately I woke up in time to take the tour. This oversight could have meant that I missed joining the tour and consequently would have lost my payment. I cannot understand why the price of my room changed from day to day. I only noticed this once I had returned home.

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Plenty of shops and restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, making everything super convenient. Although the rooms are not big, they’re incredibly well thought out. They include everything you might need - from essential amenities and bath products to those tiny, useful items you don’t usually think about but end up needing. The staff put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. We were even welcomed with some sweet treats and free bottles of water, which was such a kind gesture. But what made the stay special were the people. The staff were fantastic - always ready to help, whether it was giving directions, helping us arrange transport, or just being there whenever we needed something. Even after check-out, they let us store our luggage (and our friends' luggage too) in their luggage room since we had a very late flight. If you're visiting Yerevan, this hotel is a perfect choice. If we come back to Armenia, we won’t think twice about staying here again.

Hotel is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and always available to help. I liked that the housekeeping service was always available and if the guest does not want to be disturbed in the morning, the cleaning service can be requested later during the day. Breakfast was delicious.

Although the hotel is located very close to the two main streets, one might get a bit lost especially if he/she is an outsider because the taxis won't drop the guest right in front of the hotel. The two main streets are just a few steps away, but if the guest is an outsider he/she might have a bit of a trouble finding the hotel. I guess it would be easier with the complimentary airport transfer provided by the hotel. I did realize that I should have booked it.

First of all I want to thank you to all the staff at reception for all the support that they offered me. As well at breakfast area, the service is professional and very kind. Breakfast offers s variety of local and international food, so there is no doubt that you will enjoy it. Hotel itself is very cozy and well maintained. Located in calm area, behind the building, facing to the Sayat- Nova ave. Most places to see are walking distance away from the hotel, so you do not need a taxi or a bus.

Hotel located in courtyard, difficult to find, no sign, had to park outside on the street, walk find the Hotel and got barely explanations to get there, no map, as it would be normal, for them but not for outsiders, I was not the only one other guests had issues to. I asked the receptionist if they have a nap with explanations on their web page he said he didn't know he was never in it. That was the wrong answer. So staff is good but not good trained in answering. I checked with them to find a restaurant. I had the name, and they both looked on their phone maps and paper maps to find it. They are not prepared for this. One of the receptionists did smell strongly transpiration. You saw he didn't have a shower on the hairs. He was not groomed, that can not be, if so, use deo or perfume.
