We loved everything about our stay at the Golden Tulip Ana Dome Hotel, we felt that the money we paid was very well invested. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, the room perfect, so clean and beautiful and the breakfast was amazing! The personnel at the hotel is very kind and very professional, specially the boy the evening of feb 1st and the girls at the reception in the morning of Feb 2nd, they helped us with helpful information about the city center and were very nice all the time. We thank you for making out experience in Cluj unforgettable!

This is a great hotel with excellent service and staff. Everything in the hotel is modern and clean. The restaurant is excellent and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. WiFi was fast. Desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Taxi service from and to the hotel is reasonable and prompt. Parking is available above ground as well as in a garage. Check-in and check-out times are generous as well as breakfast hours.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and restaurant, nice and friendly stuff.

Extremely small parking, at some hours no place to leave the car, the parking under hotel only for small cars. Location of the hotel not best for the ones travelling to the east and north - every day plus 45 minutes in traffic jam. Sauna exists, but was not ready to use (not heated).

Big rooms, beautifully designed. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Fully equipped with amenities. Diverse range of breakfast options. You can order in your room. Very polite staff.

The working chair with table was uncomfortable. That chair should be replaced with a good one.

Overall the place is clean and accessible the breakfast was excellent the restaurant is good and clean the staff were very friendly.

The room I stayed in was very hot three nights average 25c this is with no air conditioning or heating on I had to open the window to get some sleep I have asked at the reception and was told they had faulty air conditioning the room was clean most but a big yogurt stain patch on the carpet floor left uncleaned.

The breakfast is very good and the staff is trying their best to cover for the low maintenance and lack of cleanliness in the rooms and in the spa which is undermaintened.

Low maintenance and hair in the bed from previous guests which made me switch 3 rooms. Could be nice to change the bed sheets after the guests ;-)

A bit far from city center (30 minutes walking) but there's a very frequent bus line just nearby. The parking is a bit crowded and cramped, but I managed to find a place every time.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were absolutely incredible, so kind, willing to help always, and clearly enjoyed their work, it’s been a LONG time since I felt this comfortable and happy in any hotel! I honestly cannot wait to come back! Thank you for the wonderful warm and welcoming service to all the staff!!!
