The hotel was very clean and convenient and the staff was very kind and helpful. They even let me check in 6 hours early due to my meeting schedule changed against a fraction cost of the room fee. I just used the room and apart from that the fitness room which was quite nice with convenient machines and towels. It just missed a waterdispenser. The room with sea view and balcony is highly recommended. It isn't huge, but it is layed out well and also had a nice desk to work at so definitely a plus you're in Busan for business. Also there is a 24-hour convenience store and two nice cafes (especially Neruda) right next to the hotel at ground level.

The elevators are a bit strangely designated and layed out, but there are a lot of them. So you don't have to wait long. Just it seems too many people hit all the buttons and I ended up a number of times stopping multiple times at floors on the way up or way down where other people most probably already took one of the other elevators. There should be a general "switch off" if people waiting got one of the other elevators. Just a tip.

Nice location, near to the bus stop 10 min. ride from the famous Biff sqaure. We had a ocean view room and the view was pleasant. The room was clean.

The balcony was nice but has no furniture to stay in. The breakfast is served until 10 am but last entrance is at 9.30 am (almost in all the hotel we visited in South Korea), they need more employees at the restaurant if they want to serve more than 50 room's guests in such a short time...also they must be able to understand elementary english without the support of a translation app

Liked the room. It was comfortable and clean. Loved the view from the balcony most especially. Songdo beach is a beautiful area and we really got to appreciate it's beauty from the room. There was a convenience store and two Cafés (Blue Shaak and Starbucks) on the ground floor of the hotel. Several restaurants (especially local seafood joints) withing walking distance. Tourist attractions nearby that I took note of were the Songdo Cloud Trail and Busan Air Cruise.

The location and the room were absolutely fantastic. You have to travel a bit more for all the sightseeing, but the beach was at least for us almost empty all the time and it was really calm. There is also a convenience store right at the bottom of the building! We took the junior suite and definitely did not regret. The room was spacious, it had a massage tub (which we used heavily after all the walking we did!). One day we woke up early and saw dolphins swimming in the sea just in front of the hotel. What a view! We also appreciated the work of the staff, the cleaning ladies were thorough and everyone was very helpful. Late checkout was not a problem for a tiny fee.

To be completely honest we were not too excited with the breakfast buffet. Not that tasty and the selection could be a bit more exciting. Especially would love a better veggie/fruit selection. The orange juice was really good though! Also the wifi was not too great. We were trying to watch the rugby world championship on our iPad and it was a headache..

Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very clean and in a great location—easy to get around and close to everything we needed. There’s a nice restaurant and cafe just downstairs, which made meals and coffee super convenient. We also received a 2,000 KRW discount for the Busan Air Cable Car, which was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend this place!

We didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate that. Location was excellent as was right on the beach. After going to Haeundae Beach we thought this was a nicer location as it was less busy which is what liked. A taxi ride to the Coulture Village was only a short drive away.

The only downfall for me was I would have liked an extra pillow in the room, but maybe I should have asked at reception, but as I had my travel pillow with me I used that.

spacious room, perfect beach view, everything was clean and the staff was speaking english. convenience store and starbucks right by the entrance and lot of great restaurants in close proximity. the area of the songdo beach is really calm and quiet

the location on songdo beach is perfect because the hotel is right on the beach, but in general it’s quite far away from a lot of well known places. it took us 1:30h by public transport from a haeundae beach…but i would say it’s not tht big of a deal and it was definitely worth it!

Oceanview is splendid, it was everything we hoped for and more. Nice peaceful beach, that doesn't get too noisy in the evening while still being relatively lively. Good breakfasts and nice room overall. There is a convenience store in the same building as well as Starbucks. There are a lot of good food options around.

The hotel is a bit hard to find once you reach it. It could be better marked from the street. If you don't have a car prepare for a long ride (1+hr) to most of the main tourist attractions.

The location was easy to find (though not for local taxis - who play the normal taxi con on visitors). The lovely Songdo sandy beach was just across the road. There were lots of eating and drinking possibilities and with a little effort it's easy to travel around by local bus (Google Maps).

Breakfast was uncomfortably rushed - swallow your food and get out - we're closing! Don't expect speedy access to elevators on check-out day - we ended up walking 8 flights of stairs down laden with luggage after 5 full elevators (taxi to train station was waiting). A/C was either too cold or too hot - but this is more to do with the Samsung unit (common A/C)

The staff is exceptionally hard working. They clean the room every day and give new towels, water bottles, toiletries, etc. It is located in a building with a few convenience stores around the corner. The beach is right across the street.

The breakfast buffet was average. It has a decent amount of offerings, but the food was just okay.
