Everything was great as it usually is at this facility. The desk clerk was great in straightening out the screwed up reservation which was made through booking.com

When we got there Booking.com had only reserved 1 room for 2 people but it was supposed to be 2 rooms for 3 people which is what we paid for. Also our confirmation was correct but the booking sent to the hotel was wrong. Luckily they did have another room even though there was a wedding and an Ironman competition that weekend.

We love this place. Jeffersonville is such a great little town, and the hotel is in a perfect location. Lots of restaurants around, and walking the Big Four Bridge over the Ohio should not be missed. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Harvey will take great care of you during your morning breakfast. He is also happy to share the history of the area with you. We pass through here a few times every year, and stay at the TownePlace as often as we can.

Breakfast and location are amazing! Great fire pit and grill area, jacuzzi was very nice as well.

The website states there are bicycle rentals available at the hotel but there are not. I notified the front desk who said they would try and get that updated. Bikes are available to rent nearby

We loved how close it was the the walking bridge that takes you across the river. We walked to the KFC yum center, it was about a mile/ mile and half but beautiful walk if you can make it. The front desk help was exceptional and breakfast was fabulous and FREE. Great stay and will stay here again if we come back for another concert!

Upon arrival staff was very nice And personable room was clean beds were extremely comfortable for myself the pillows not so much that was the only thing was a negative other than that my husband and I enjoyed our stay It was closed to everything

breakfast was very good, Room was more like an efficiency apartment than a hotel room. Very spacious with nice shower aand seating area. Will definitely stay here again!

Autumn was very friendly at the front desk. This hotel is in just the right place for us and we and several of our friends are repeat customers

The staff was very knowledgeable about things to do.

That I could cook in the room when I didn't feel like going out to eat, which made it feel like home away from home.

Amenities are great when traveling with family a fridge, dishwasher, microwave & pool!

Breakfast it was 45 min to an hour before it was over and they were already picking up for breakfast

We love this place! Great location, wonderful people. Harvey takes great care of you at breakfast. We have stayed here several times and we will be back! Thank you.
