We have rarely encountered such a helpful and friendly hospitality team - they really added hugely to our stay. We enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel - polished concrete floors with funky decor and artworks. The garden and pool area was a tranquil delight, complete with butterflies and a roving hummingbird, we loved lounging there. Palermo Hollywood is a very pleasant area - safe to explore by evening and with a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. The busier SoHo area is an easy walk too, but we were always happy to retreat to our lovely Home.

I had an exceptional experience at Home Hotel. The hotel is in a great location for tourists - either walking distance or a short Uber ride to the top restaurants and tourist attractions - though it maintains a peaceful, secluded feel. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the concierge provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants. My room was comfortable, clean and equipped with all the modern amenities. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh pastries and fruit as well as an extensive complimentary breakfast menu. I also had an excellent massage at the hotel’s spa.

We had an amazing stay at Home Hotel. From pre-trip questions, which were conveniently answered on WhatsApp, to transportation arrangements and check-in, the staff was more than accommodating, friendly and super helpful. The room was spotless, fresh and cozy. I loved the decor and safe and secure feeling of the room and the grounds. The bar/restaurant was super convenient and the complimentary breakfast was supreme! The neighborhood was lovely with more than plenty of places to eat and shop. A quick stroll to SoHo Palermo was an added bonus.

My new favourite hotel in any city in the world!! Beautiful quiet place, lovely garden & cafe/bar! Out garden apartment was gorgeous, split level with private rooftop area, and a record player, nice touch!!. Close walk to excellent restuarants, easy ride to major art galleries. Nice neighbourhood for walking, felt v safe. Frriendly helpful staff, relaxed vibe!

The garden feel of the property.. Is an oasis within the city. The staff was absolutely fantastic, everyone was helpful and friendly. Paula was exceptional, she gave great recommendations and was able to get us last Min reservations. The hotel is wonderful, but the staff truly make you feel at home. Thank you everyone 🙏🏻

We stayed here for two weeks during our visit to the city and then back again when we came back from Patagonia. The staff were really helpful and always suggested good places to eat and drink.

The king poolside suite is absolutely lovely. Feels so roomy because of the patio. Loved the furniture, decor, location, neighborhood, staff, and restaurant. What a beautiful property…couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in BA!

The bed was a little too firm for our preference. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect.

The location was lovely, safe with tree lined streets, shady for hot summer days. The pool and outside patio were a cool and inviting place to hang out. The restaurant and bar exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The room was very spacious and clean. But what makes it even better is the staff, as always. The service was impeccable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They made great restaurant recommendations and even made reservations for us.

The hotel was a bit farther from the main parts of town than I had anticipated.
