the stay was good and beds were comfy.

it was raining and our room was in the first floor, it was very difficult as there was no proper lighting to the flight of stairs with all the luggage's. as we had to start very early it was terrifying as there was no common lighting on the stairs and we used our mobile phones to get down.

We were quite happy with our stay and happy to be able to have our little dog stay with us .

Unfortunately the shower let you down as the bathroom floor filled up with water flooding all round the toilet and out as far as the basin. I feel it to be a safety hazard as far as slipping on the wet tiles and if someone was to use the hair dryer whilst standing in water could be very dangerous. When you turn the air conditioner off it drips down onto the floor inside the front door again making the floor slippery.

Bed clean. Really comfy. Cleaners are great. Daniel was super responsive and friendly, easy to talk to. Only place that's pet friendly in Kempsey and at a great rate. Air con works perfect and absolutely no bugs or insects. Smart layout and nice touch with overhead lamps for reading etc. Also some really beautiful sunsets to enjoy in the garden area with seating and grass always kept mowed. Thank you! :)

Nothing to complain about

Spacious and tidy room, comfortable mattress. Very handy, just park your car in front of your room. 2 mins drive to Kempsey City Centre, easy to find supermarkets and restaurants.

Our room was located on 1st floor, but it still has to move up a few stairs. The main door of the room just a simple knock, no anti-hotlinking. Bathroom has no door knock. Guest laundry operated from 8-6pm only, so we didn't use. When we made the booking, we chose to ‘pay at property’. But before we arrived, Booking.com charged my card that we didn’t notice. When we checked-in, the front desk slide my card as well. When we noticed a dual payment made, we contacted the receptionist, he was helpful to check but he insisted their motel didn’t charge us twice. Then I contacted Booking.com, they asked proof of evidence, later on, they refunded the dual charge to my card.

The beds were comfortable, the linen nice and clean, all the appliances worked, very spacious rooms for a group of 4, the staff are lovely and accommodating. Waking up to the partially obstructed views of the Great Dividing Ranges is a lovely site to see enjoyed with a nice hot cup of tea. The price for 4 people to stay there was really good.

Would have been nice to have a bbq area, so we could cook some sausages and steak sandwiches, hopefully next time they may have something fitted out.

Beds were very comfortable. Very close to town. Exceptional value. The man in reception was friendly and changed our booking from an upstairs room to downstairs so kids and I didn’t have to climb the stairs which was great. BBQ facilities available. Kettle, toaster and electric frypan in the unit in a small kitchen area, great fridge. Clean bathroom with hairdryer, shower gel and hand wash included, spotless white bedding and towels. We have stayed in several motels in Kempsey and this one was cheaper by far and better than most. Definitely my choice next time in Kempsey!

The only minor thing Would have been low pressure in kitchen taps but even that really wasn’t a problem.

Was a comfortable stop on our way back to Sydney. Our dog was also well accomodation. Comfortable beds and great shower.

The door lock was broken initially but when we called the reception the guy came out and fixed it. Management should probably check and keep up maintenance a little bit better. Otherwise it was clean and well kept.

This was my second stay and would happily stay again. Clean and quiet, with hot showers and comfy beds. The room was spacious and there's a communal balcony outside with seating. We stayed a few nights and the cleaners are very friendly and helpful. It's the quietest motel I've come across in Kempsey. Great value for money.

No hot water tap in the kitchenette, and recommend bring your own soap etc. Also the curtain at the front needed repairs.

Good enough for a one night stay. Close enough to shops etc. Staff were great and helped us check in with ease.

Had a connecting room that we felt like the other person could potentially come through as we couldn't work out how to lock our side.

Community atmosphere Clean and tidy Pets allowed Staff were responsive when I called them to help people in another room with a problem they had.

It was a little challenging going up and down the stairs multiple times. Minimal contact with staff on check in and out.
