Staff were lovely, as was the included breakfast. Rooms exemplify style over substance- they look great but the shower floods the bathroom, the drawers are really hard to open, and there’s no info available in the room about the hotel or how anything works. The bed was extremely comfortable

Management staff were exceptional. Hotel is perfectly designed and extremely aesthetically pleasing. Comfortable bedding, amazing food, great location. Excellent customer service with a really relaxed vibe. Couldn't recommend staying here enough! Look forwards to going back.

The restaurant and bar being closed on the Monday night - with nothing matching its quality in the crescent head area.

That outside guest would come to dine at night time/afternoon and bring their children to use the pool. This should be a luxury for guest that are staying at the hotel.

Didn’t like the sky light in the room needs a blind so that it was dark . Loved the tv but need instructions in room on how to switch art mode off the tv.

The atmosphere was the best part for us. We felt really comfortable to relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff got to know us a bit, but not so much we felt crowded. The restaurant was simple, beautifully prepared food. I recommend the burrata!
