Comfortable for an overnight stay. Our first visit to Crescent Head so didn't realise that grocery shop closed at 5.30pm(maybe a winter thing) so snacks in the room came in handy. Good restaurant open across the road.

Not used to reception closing at 5pm which however is mentioned when booking. Have since discovered that having a person at reception is not the norm anymore.

Quirky, nicely decorated, attention to detail, close to centre and beach.

There was an interconnecting door to another room and you could hear everything the other guests were saying. The Wi-Fi was pretty much non existent. The room was quite small for 4 adults. A sink in the kitchen area would’ve helped.

Gorgeous place, the room was huge, decor stunning and was spotless ! Loved the coffee pods , free snacks too! If I had more time I would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the pool and facilities.

A little pricey but I did have the larger room as other were booked, was still worth it.

Great location . Easy parking. Good facilities in bathroom for person with mobility issues such as grab rails and room for wheelchair. Helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast availability as part of package. Had to go down town. Left early without any breakfast.

It was a very hot day, and the pool was a welcome sight as was the feeling when we walked into our air-conditioned room. We thought the outdoor kitchen was a fantastic opportunity to prepare a light breakfast before leaving. The evening before we used it to have drinks with relatives in Crescent Head and enjoy the fresh seafood they brought with them.

We didn't find anything that we didn't like.

Great stay, staff not always on site and have to call if you need them but that was okay. Great location, great pool with plenty of shade from the trees. I noticed they have just built a beautiful big villa on the property that looks AMAZING !! Would love to stay there next time. Overall it was a comfortable stay with everything you need.

Clean and comfortable rooms with modern fixtures. Clean and well presented pool! Fun extras like in room snacks and a great restaurant downstairs! Check in process was easy!

External stairs were very wet in rainy weather and noise does travel through the building but patrons were respectful late at night

stayed here a few times, always enjoy it, great location only a minute drive to the main beach far enough away so you aren’t around heaps of people so you can have your alone time if needed the cleaners were so friendly and really welcoming!! Probbaly one of the high lights from our stay! the lady in particular forgot her name but she definitely needs a raise!! no joke she went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated her!

it needs a make over, it’s such a nice place but all the paint is starting to get really dirty and not appealing. lights need fixing, the walls need a good clean, anything that is already there just needs a clean and a freshen up, deck chairs around the pool are all broken out and don’t work ( which is all good ) just little things if the owners just put a bit of $$ back into the place could have it looking brand new! the gym is a waste of space tbh, Invest in some decent cardio equipment or some weights or 1-2 total body machines, you could have that looking amazing! the random bars for body weight stuff is just weird could have it looking so nice especially close to the bbq and pool area if not have it as a ‘games room’ for children, a few games in there would be really good!

Fabulous location in a beautiful area with great beaches. United was really comfortable with some nice welcome gifts.

Lovely furniture and vibe. The pool was a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The adjacent restaurant was superb, best margaritas anywhere! We will be back!
