We really enjoyed staying at the seaview tavern. The room was spacious and comfortable. It’s a lot nicer than it looks in their pictures and much larger. You can indeed see the sea from the window. The location is a bit out of the way, but it was an interesting place to stay. The breakfast was very good and fresh. They served a wide variety of items, everything for a full Irish breakfast plus French toast, really good porridge, and more.

The location was a little out of the way and there wasn’t really anywhere else to go eat if you didn’t want to eat at the tavern. You can hear the pub from the room, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Our stay in the Tavern was excellent. The room was clean with comfortable beds and nice view. The staff taking us to our room were very welcoming in every way. Food was excellent. we had an evening meal as well as breakfast, both excellent. Breakfast times were set but as we had to go earlier than those times they facilitated us for our needs.

Trying to find where we needed to go to register in was confusing. We were never sure whether we were in the right place to do so.

The views , the amability, familiarity and the food were excellent. I follow a vegan gluten free diet, and they offer so many options for people like me. The convenience of the grocery store and the post office right beside the tavern was absolutely a plus. The staff and the owners super friendly and I’m definitely going back to stay with them ! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the great northern part of Ireland . Thank you !!

Everything was just perfect !

Location was perfect, right by the sea. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food was exceptional. Views from the room were amazing. Would love to return. Malin head just a short distance away so ideal for a base if you want to visit there.

You can hear some noise from the pub below, as you would expect when you stay in a tavern, so might not be ideal if you're very sensitive to noise and want an early night.

This is one of our best expierence visiting and staying in B&B ! We travel a lot, but ... this place is amazing! Best SEAFOOD served! Fish & Chips cod size is ~ 1kg! Service - Excellent! Rooms - very clean & amazingly clean & Very spacious! Location- slept with open windows- felt like in Madeira island front beach 5☆Hotel! Will come back for many times! Recomend! Jonas & Evelina 🇱🇹

Great location, food was very good.

The shower head needs replacing but the room was otherwise good and very spacious. It was a bit difficult to get anyone to help us when we arrived, we could not find a specific check in area so we went to the bar to ask. We were standing there for awhile (place very quite, only around 6pm) until another member of staff who was having a drink herself at the bar, kindly helped us out. We had no other issues with anything though.

Staff wore nice 'Seaview Tavern' polo shirts which were very professional looking, A pity the barman wore a football jersey which seemed out of kilter with the rest of the accommodation's presentation to it's guests. Only a small note, nothing that would stop us recommending your accommodation to others or us making a return visit.

The staff were lovely, we really enjoy speaking with them. The restaurant/bar was a hit, the food was fantastic. As a family with children it was great for us to be able to put the to bed and go down and have some pints in the pub, the rooms were only a small flight of stairs away, so we felt they were 100% safe. The bar did not get crowded, we were never bothered by noise. The view from our room was perfect.

The decor of the rooms was dated, but we didn't really care because we didn't come for the rooms. The floor of the restaurant felt a bit sticky, but that could just be from the sea air and humidity.

The view from the seating outside was beautiful, we even saw a dolphin in the harbour! The room was spotless and again the view from the room was amazing, looking out over the harbour. The restaurant was realy busy which in itself is a good sign. The staff allowed us breakfast in bed, even bringing the trays to the room. We have no hesitation in recommending the Seaview Tavern to you, it's wonderful.

The breakfast was the best I had in ages...I had the muesli, really good quality and milk came in a metal jug with condensation on the outside so it was so cold and had not been sitting about. I'm a picky vegetarian so I ordered a veggie fry....not on menu and it was no bother. I had two eggs,two hash browns, mushrooms,beans in a separate pot and toast. Coffee was refilled and really good coffee. We sat at the window overlooking the sea while we ate and the views were brilliant. What a fantastic start to any day. The staff are great and that especially was the icing on the cake. They smiled, knew what they were doing and just good banter...it means everything. Host Michael, was full of stories I wish I could have stayed longer, he's definitely in the right job! They have great plans and I cannot wait to see them unfold. Special mention to Aishling and the restaurant team for service with a smile. It may seem that should go unsaid its part of the role but that's exactly the sparkle to ensure a returning guest and one who will definitely recommend without prompt.

The rooms were clean everything we needed was there, sure they could do with updating but Rome wasn't built in a day and look how great it turned out. The only thing that I absolutely hated was having to leave. I could have stayed forever in one room overlooking the sea.lol
