Excellent location for walking to a nearby hotel for a wedding The rooms were spotless

When we came down for breakfast there was only one croissant left and this wasn’t refilled (we were down around 9:30 and breakfast ends at 10am. ) There seemed to only be one waitress working and she was really busy. We waited around 25 mins to get our breakfast order taken. When the breakfast came I asked for another pot of tea and I’m still waiting on it. Breakfast was fine but more croissants etc. would’ve been better, especially when it’s a Saturday morning and the breakfast room was fairly busy and possibly more staff.

Breakfast was beautiful and prepared to order. There was a lot of choice on offer. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, we had complimentary tea and coffee whilst waiting. The dinner menu was lovely with a great selection even though the weather meant the hotel was experiencing a power cut!!!! Thankfully the hotel has a generator which was brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay as the village is quiet and the staff will do everything to accommodate your needs. Would have been nice if the fires were lit would have added to the Christmas décor which was beautiful. I hope to be back!!!!!

This boutique hotel is amazing ,it's spotless ,,some lovely touches through out bed room is amazing so clean and everything so perfect,staff are amazing and so welcoming Kate on reception was very pleasant and cheerful and always happy ,caoimhe the waitress was just beautiful so good at her job and always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect , well Jackie you are an amazing worker very welcoming to us when we arrived and always very attentive to all customers you run a fabulous hotel and Pg in the near future we will be back

Excellent location with fantastic views. Very cozy room and perfect for the chilled out quiet night away that we were looking for, the little snug area in the lobby was a nice quiet escape from the bar. Bathroom is very well stocked with the essentials. Staff were all brilliant and very friendly.

Value for money isn't great. The room wasn't as big as I expected having extra for the upgrade. There were stains on the carpet. I am definitely not a fan of 2 beds being pushed together to make a larger bed.

The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Great breakfast, rooms were spacious and very clean.

Not a dislike but slightly disappointed that the spa isn’t included in the stay.

Location was perfect for exploring, spa was excellent. I loved the rooftop jacuzzi with a prosecco. the bar / restaurant was hopping both nights. Great Craic! The bathroom in the hotel room itself was class.

Will be great once the renovations are done, It was all serviceable, but as of Feb 24 was still in bits. The door slams from folks moving around were quite loud, and a bit distracting.

All members of staff were very friendly & the food was great.

Room was quite warm even though the radiator was turned off. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work & there was a dirty damp patch on the corner of the wall and the ceiling.

The staff were so friendly ,helpful and professional ,could not fault them .also hot tub on roof was really nice option which reception rang up to offer us last minute and it was brilliant

Only one very minor thing and that was that one of the windows didnt open and it was exceptionally hot day ! I know the weather not always like that but the option of a fan perhaps in the room 🤔even for menopausal women ?? More water provided also ! It was really hot 🔥

They charge for use of the rooftop hot tub. Might want to consider making them free. The spa was closed by the time we got there.
