I like the fact I never have to worry about any room being dirty, they are continuously spotless. Even down to the littlest details. It's also very calm & quiet inside & around the area.

I don't like that they don't offer a full breakfast bar. I would have thought of all places, the holiday in would. Apparently not:( that was somewhat or aß lot disappointing actually. When I pay as much as I did here, I wouldn't expect a decent breakfast. Don't get me wrong they do offer small snacks to go in the morn such as: coffee, muffins, nutrition bars and oatmeal at times. So that's better than ßnotshing and more of an effort compared to the other motels around. So I give an A+for effort:D

There is a good kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, 2 burners, and a microwave. The room has plenty of cupboard space. They provided a lot of the dishes, pots and pans. No need to go to a restaurant. The room was clean. We could control the temperature in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, it is very close to the Kaiser hospital that we wanted easy access to. For medical reasons, we have stayed here 3 times for about a week each time. We would come again. It is not 5 star, but we didn't pay for 5 star. It had what was most important for us.

There are no gluten free options for breakfast nor are there herbal teas.

It was convenient to the places I needed to go.

I pick do the property because it hd a kitchenette. I was surprised that it was not intuitive on how to obtain utensils, plates, etc. AI thinkmit would have been asked if I planned to use the kitchenette and then they could have delivered the utensils. It was also not clear that no one would be changing the towels. And, lastly, the building is poorly insulated. Not only could I hear the people above me walk heavily, but I heard talking.

I could cook and didn't need to eat out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very near Kaiser where my husband had surgery. It worked well for us.

The refrigerator door opened next to the wall so it was not AS convenient as it would have been if it was going the other way. Not a big deal. No fruit, eggs, cheese or gluten free options for breakfast...but again....no big deal. What we needed was available and we were pleased with our stay.

Our door card not working a couple times. They did fix it and ended up giving us a new card the second time.

My husband was recovering from surgery and it was great that pots/pans/dishes were provided so that we could cook in our room and didn't have to eat out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Room was quiet with a nice view. We paid for internet that was very good quality and speed. Stove burners worked well and there was a fan over the burners. Frig and freezer were large enough and worked well also. We had plugs where we needed them. The bed was comfortable.

"Breakfast" was not offering what we eat- too sweet and starchy. No fruit or eggs. Not good for gluten free diet. Coffee so-so, but other alternatives available. Nothing available to catch the food scraps from going down the kitchen drain. Having a strainer there might lower the plumbing bill. Bathroom door was very squeaky, but got fixed quickly when we asked. Formica was damaged, but we could live with that. Not a 5 star hotel, but it met our needs very nicely.

Need to ask for everything most hotels add to your room. No coffee. Shampoo Cups. Could hear people walking in the room above us

For inexpensive lodging, it’s a good option. Friendly and helpful staff. Having laundry on site was nice.

Excellent quiet location to explore from. Great staff, who decorated the lobby for Halloween really paying attention to detail, very fun. Rooms are large with kitchenette. The silverware, toaster, coffee maker and more are available if you call the front desk making longer stays very convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

There were no issues with the accommodations, or staff. Job well done folks.
