One thing I want to say is that the cleaners or the housekeepers were fantastic people, love them, the girl in reception was really nice and helpful. In my room the TV wasn’t working and I talked to Sergio about that. He came and tried to do it and he said I will write it down for tomorrow for the technician person to come and fix it. The next day I asked Sergio again if the TV being fixed and he said YES !! I went in my room and try it again and the TV wasn’t working. Anyway this was only thing that I didn’t like it. He must not lie. The breakfast was really good!! Loved it 🥰. In the room you can have just tea but people like coffee as well. So please 🙏 put some coffee as well. At the same time I definitely want to go back again. I will recommend to other people to go and stay. The hotel it was really good standard , the location was fantastic. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟♥️♥️thank you!!♥️♥️

central location in Durres, nice small hotel in side street. large room, great breakfast.

There’s a lovely terrace on fourth floor, looks onto the amphitheatre- shame we couldn’t have a drink while sitting there as no bar, nor alcohol in the so called mini bar( only water there).

I liked everything. The hotel staff were really helpful. We had last minute adjustments, and they were very understanding to accommodate our need. Got there like 1am, and got attended to swiftly. We also got a complimentary upgrade. The executive room was beautiful, Massive bathroom, lovely design too. Great vibe overall

The hallway is a stark contrast to the room in terms of temperature. The hallways were usually very warm. Think they need to install a few A/C units along the hallways to keep them cool, and perhaps scents to improve the overall vibe. This didn’t mare our experience in anyway, just thought they could Improve this aspect of their hospitality

A great hotel in terms of location, very close to the beach. The receptionist is extremely kind, and her beautiful smile adds a special touch to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Additionally, she is always quick to assist with anything, whether it’s arranging a taxi or any other service, making everything easier with her professionalism and excellent demeanor.

Great breakfast, extremely clean and well maintaned. Super luxourious with everything you need. The room was big and clean, wifi was good, and the staff was nice. Special thanks to Sergio working there for his excellent service and great conversation.

The balcony on the top floor with coffee tables and seating was spectacular, views of the city wall, the amphitheatre the Sea, the Italian coast the minarette...wow

Breakfast was a bit average, food not really hot

Everything was nice, small maintenance thing, but it worked like professional from the staff and repairguys. Nothing last forever and sometimes you get bad luck. Was nice spot to stay 2 night in tour of eastern Europe. BR. Two backbag travellers from cold Finland

The location was good its in the center, it was clean, the reception guy and girl was also very kind.

Televison in the room didn’t work and strange smell was in the room.

Check in process was super quick. Huge room. The bed is very comfy and a king size. International and USB plug sockets. Free big bottle of water on arrival & everyday you stay. Coffee at breakfast was good & the waiter is lovely. Big desk with plush chair to put toiletries, make up etc & get ready. Make up light in the mirror in bathroom. Nice shower. Receptionist was really nice and helpful. Cleaning lady was attentive.

Tv wires hanging down from tv. It’s a SMART tv but I couldn’t get it working, which was a shame as it was huge! Broken toilet seat. Air con is loud. Only got shampoo toiletries. No gym, pool or other amenities. Kettle was broken and I asked to get it fixed but management forgot to. Breakfast while huge was not the freshest - the fruit was decaying every day. Some days they have a buffet and it seems like it would be left there from the day before. It was the same thing everyday.
