The swimming pool and gazebo next to it were absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the nearby restaurant called Queen Vic, which was conveniently located just 50 meters away from the hotel. The restaurant offered delicious meals , live shows and had a wonderful ambience . Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's proximity to the port, which was only 100 meters away. This allowed us to take leisurely walks and explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities, friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to beach and to strip of restaurants shops etc. hotel was very clean including outside area and gardens. Very modern pool area with outdoor seating for breakfast. Selection of food was great for b&b. Costa coffee is also round the corner from the pool great if you’re a coffee lover with decent prices too.

We initially stayed in room 102 but had cockroaches around the bathroom. Reception was very helpful and we asked to swap rooms and they accommodated. The new room was fine !

I have a wonderful stay at this hotel during my vacations recently. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were very clean, the common areas at lobby and swimming pool were also very clean, The location was fantastic especially if you have kids. It's very family-friendly and the staff was friendly and helpful. The monitory of the two lifeguards was very good in the swimming pool area.

The staff in the restaurant in the pool area should be more helpful and polite. The hotel has no direct access in the beach.

Lovely huge pool area and loved the pool bar. Perfect location, copious amounts of bars and restaurants on your doorstep plus bus stop right outside. Amazing full body massage at the spa.

WiFi wasn’t great and you had to enter the code in everyday which was annoying. Sheets were not changed the whole 7 nights we were there but towels were. Smoking at the pool bar, is there any need? Breakfast was always cold thank god for the omelette lady to have something fresh.

My stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always willing to assist, especially Andreas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Superb location!

There are a few areas for improvement: access to the underground parking was not very convenient, the soundproofing could be better, and the rooms would benefit from some renovation.

Great hotel and staff, clean big rooms, good breakfast, all new and clean, great pool and great location. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The gum is small and missing a lot of the equipment, not really letting you do a complete workout, just maintaining your fitness during the holidays. I would like the pool water to be a little colder, and more shade inside the pool, especially the round one, the shallow, where the kids are playing.

I was exposed to a situation that I did not like at all from the old man who works in the reception at night, as he was possessive and racist to any region I belonged to, and this is a very disgusting thing. I told him from Palestine, he said, Oh Israel, and when I told him Palestine, and he said, Oh Israel, this is very, very racist and very disgusting.

Really , really good , would stay again and recommend Location is perfect Excellent service, friendly and very attentive staff always ready and willing to assist, suer clean, very comfortable bed, spa is amazing. Everything was perfect, definitely a 10!! Personnel was always willing to help. Irina is very nice and attentive.

We were only 3 nights, and it was not possible to use all the facilities that the hotel offers, but it was still an excellent experience for our stay. The hotel is relatively close to the beach and the boardwalk and there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops around. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, with a view of the sea. With a refrigerator, air conditioner, coffee and tea set and bottled water. The dining room had a delicious and extensive selection. You can even eat outside, a more pleasant atmosphere in the morning with a refreshing breeze.

This is a huge, professionally run and luxurious hotel with a relaxed vibe where you will feel comfortable. We stayed in a superior room with sea view. The room was spacious and well kept with a big bed, good mattress and a good shower. Each room has a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices. There is a bar next to the swimming pool but a waitress will also walk around to serve you when you are lounging around the swimming pool.

The location is very central and close to the beach/pier. This means that it can be bit noisy at night when events might be on near the pier but nothing that a good pair of earplugs can't fix. The one thing that was a bit annoying was the road that the hotel is on and in particular the part where that road borders the swimming pool. The road is a thorough fare for buses so they are passing by all day long. No electric buses yet in Cyprus :-)
