The swimming pool and gazebo next to it were absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the nearby restaurant called Queen Vic, which was conveniently located just 50 meters away from the hotel. The restaurant offered delicious meals , live shows and had a wonderful ambience . Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's proximity to the port, which was only 100 meters away. This allowed us to take leisurely walks and explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities, friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location.

I was exposed to a situation that I did not like at all from the old man who works in the reception at night, as he was possessive and racist to any region I belonged to, and this is a very disgusting thing. I told him from Palestine, he said, Oh Israel, and when I told him Palestine, and he said, Oh Israel, this is very, very racist and very disgusting.

Lovely huge pool area and loved the pool bar. Perfect location, copious amounts of bars and restaurants on your doorstep plus bus stop right outside. Amazing full body massage at the spa.

WiFi wasn’t great and you had to enter the code in everyday which was annoying. Sheets were not changed the whole 7 nights we were there but towels were. Smoking at the pool bar, is there any need? Breakfast was always cold thank god for the omelette lady to have something fresh.

This is a huge, professionally run and luxurious hotel with a relaxed vibe where you will feel comfortable. We stayed in a superior room with sea view. The room was spacious and well kept with a big bed, good mattress and a good shower. Each room has a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices. There is a bar next to the swimming pool but a waitress will also walk around to serve you when you are lounging around the swimming pool.

The location is very central and close to the beach/pier. This means that it can be bit noisy at night when events might be on near the pier but nothing that a good pair of earplugs can't fix. The one thing that was a bit annoying was the road that the hotel is on and in particular the part where that road borders the swimming pool. The road is a thorough fare for buses so they are passing by all day long. No electric buses yet in Cyprus :-)

We were only 3 nights, and it was not possible to use all the facilities that the hotel offers, but it was still an excellent experience for our stay. The hotel is relatively close to the beach and the boardwalk and there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops around. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, with a view of the sea. With a refrigerator, air conditioner, coffee and tea set and bottled water. The dining room had a delicious and extensive selection. You can even eat outside, a more pleasant atmosphere in the morning with a refreshing breeze.

Staff was really friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Hotel has underground parking and it was nice to keep car there, especially it was nice, when you need to drive during the day and car is not so hot inside. Nice and big swimming pool, kids liked it. Perfect location, beach is just 5 minutes walk, plenty restaurant just outside the hotel. Perfect breakfast.

Rooms should have drinking water. I don't think, that is really expensive. Same during lunch and dinners.

This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location in Ayia Napa. It is super close to the beach, the pool is stunning and sparkling clean, and the hotel is lovely. But what makes it really outstanding is the staff. They are amazing. The waitstaff, cleaners, desk clerks, porters, everyone is friendly, polite, and helpful. Everyone is smiling and wishing you a pleasant stay. I had a problem with the AC in the room I booked and they addressed it immediately, moving me to another, better room when they found they couldn't fix it right away. They were super (and unnecessarily) apologetic and made me feel like they really cared about my experience.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The only thing I think could be improved was the water pressure in the shower. It was certainly adequate, but I like a very strong shower. If the management of the hotel wanted to push my rating from a 9 to a 10, they could add a capsule coffee machine to the rooms and put in some larger, smart TVs. Those tiny things would really make it even more luxurious. But those are really very small issues in an otherwise perfect place.

The location is perfect for walking everywhere, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The swimming pool area is fantastic, with a layout that allows everyone to enjoy it fully.

I've noticed that the prices at the pool bar are quite expensive, and it would also be great if the waiters/waitresses could take orders more frequently from the pool area. Improving these aspects would definitely enhance the overall experience
