It was very clean. Restaurant was fantastic

The fact that upon arrival I was told I needed to leave a $250 security deposit in case of using bar fridge etc.i was told this money would be put on a hold and refunded the next day..infact money was taken straight out of my account and not returned for 5 days No where in the policy is this stated 3 different staff members gave different reasons for this This should be explained to you upon booking

The office staff were lovely and accommodating. Whilst one of the other patrons was involved in an altercation/argument through the night, and I couldn’t contact the office to alert them, they shared that they would attend to my concerns the next morning.

Abusive and inappropriate behaviour of other guests, keeping me awake through the night.

I stayed at Sunseeker for 2 nights and rated it very highly. All that you needed was there, very clean and tidy. Mini bar was great. I will be staying there again.

booking was difficult i had some specific questions before booking and found it very difficult to phone. theres no direct contact available i am a truck driver and needed parking for my truck, which there is but had no means of personal contact

Large room with soft carpet, comfy bed, small table for eating and a sofa. Nice range of bathroom products. We didn’t make use often on-site restaurant but it looked popular and nicely laid out. Very convenient location, close to centre of town, eateries, beach options.

Lovely and clean. Room was large. Lots of options for pillows and extra blankets in room. Beds were comfortable. Lots of options for tea and maccona coffee! Easy parking. Nice reception upon arrival. Definitely value for money.

Struggled working out the heating..but got it in the end. Some clunking noise about 2am..but only lasted 10 minutes.

Initial problem with door lock which was promptly fixed when I notified staff that I couldn't open the door. Apologies provided instantly.

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The restaurant is great - that is why we stayed at the hotel. We cooled down by the pool

The hotel is near the main road but we didn’t hear much traffic and slept well and I am a light sleeper

Great location, very courteous and professional service. Restaurant good and value for money. Room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Made for a good nights sleep.
